Map your degree to distribution roles
Kenvue Brands operates in distribution and wholesale, so your E-3 application must show a direct link between your Australian degree and the specific role. Use O*NET to confirm your job title's standard educational requirements before you apply, not after an offer lands.
Verify prevailing wage before salary negotiations
Before you discuss compensation with Kenvue Brands, run your job title and location through the OFLC Wage Search. Your offered salary must meet the prevailing wage for LCA certification, and knowing the threshold in advance helps you negotiate without risking your E-3 eligibility.
Target supply chain and operations openings specifically
Kenvue Brands's E-3 sponsorship is most likely for roles that require a directly related specialty degree, such as supply chain management, logistics operations, or business analysis. General warehouse or trade roles that don't require a bachelor's degree won't qualify as specialty occupations under E-3 rules.
Confirm employer E-Verify enrollment early
Ask Kenvue Brands's HR team whether the specific hiring entity is enrolled in E-Verify before your LCA is filed. Some large companies operate through subsidiaries, and E-Verify enrollment can vary by entity. Confirming this early prevents delays in the LCA certification stage with DOL.
File your E-3 through Migrate Mate for a clean submission
Once Kenvue Brands confirms sponsorship and your LCA is certified, use Migrate Mate to handle the E-3 filing. Migrate Mate assigns a dedicated E-3 visa expert to prepare your documents and coordinates the consular application, which matters when you're working against a start-date deadline.
Prepare for consular scrutiny on specialty occupation
Distribution and wholesale roles attract closer consular review because officers often question whether the position genuinely requires a specialty degree. Bring your job description, your Australian degree certificate, and any professional credentials that reinforce the degree-to-role connection at your visa interview.
Kenvue E-3 Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Kenvue Brands sponsor E-3 visas?
Yes, Kenvue Brands sponsors E-3 visas for eligible Australian nationals. Sponsorship is available for roles that qualify as specialty occupations, meaning positions that require at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. Not every open role at Kenvue Brands will qualify, so confirming specialty occupation status with the hiring team before applying is essential.
Which departments at Kenvue Brands typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship?
Roles in supply chain management, logistics operations, business analysis, and wholesale distribution planning are most likely to meet the E-3 specialty occupation standard at Kenvue Brands. Positions that don't require a specific degree field, such as general operations or trade roles, are unlikely to qualify. Your degree must align directly with the job's core responsibilities.
How do I start the E-3 application process at Kenvue Brands?
After receiving a job offer, Kenvue Brands files a Labor Condition Application with DOL for LCA certification. Once certified, you take the LCA and supporting documents to your U.S. consular interview in Australia. USCIS is not involved in the initial E-3 consular process, which makes the timeline faster than most other work visa categories. Migrate Mate can manage the preparation and filing steps on your behalf.
How long does E-3 sponsorship take at Kenvue Brands?
LCA certification with DOL typically takes around seven business days when filed electronically. After that, your consular appointment wait time in Australia depends on the specific consulate and current scheduling availability. From offer acceptance to visa stamp, most straightforward E-3 cases resolve within four to eight weeks, though consulate-specific delays can extend that window.
What should I bring to my E-3 visa interview for a Kenvue Brands role?
Bring your certified LCA, a detailed job offer letter on company letterhead confirming your title and salary, your Australian degree certificate and transcripts, your DS-160 confirmation, and your passport. For distribution and wholesale roles, also prepare a clear written explanation of how your degree directly relates to the position, as consular officers frequently probe specialty occupation claims in this industry.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 sponsorship at Kenvue Brands?
E-3 employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, determined when they file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, ensuring Australian hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
