Target your search to E-3 eligible roles
Encompass sponsors E-3 visas, which are exclusively available to Australian citizens. Focus your applications on roles that require a relevant bachelor's degree and align with specialty occupation criteria, the foundation of any successful E-3 petition.
Understand what makes a role E-3 eligible
Not every position at a technology company qualifies for E-3 sponsorship. Roles in software engineering, product management, data analysis, and systems architecture tend to meet the specialty occupation threshold, prioritize these when reviewing Encompass job listings.
Research Encompass's sponsorship history before applying
Knowing a company has sponsored your visa type before changes how you approach an application. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and confirm Encompass has processed E-3 petitions before reaching out.
Prepare your degree equivalency documentation early
Encompass's E-3 sponsorship requires your degree to match the role's field. Australian three-year bachelor's degrees are generally accepted as equivalent to U.S. four-year degrees, but having your transcripts and credentials ready before an offer speeds up the process considerably.
Raise sponsorship early in the process
Technology companies like Encompass often move quickly through interview stages. Bring up your E-3 visa requirements before final interviews so the hiring team can align internally, waiting until an offer is extended creates unnecessary delays for both sides.
Look for roles in technical and product functions
Within Technology & Software companies, engineering, product, and data roles are most commonly supported for E-3 sponsorship. When browsing Encompass opportunities on Migrate Mate, filter for these function areas to find positions most likely to support a visa petition.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Encompass sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Encompass does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity is focused on the E-3 visa category. If you hold Australian citizenship, the E-3 is the relevant pathway to pursue with Encompass. Non-Australian candidates seeking H-1B visa sponsorship may need to look at other employers.
What visa types does Encompass sponsor?
Encompass sponsors E-3 visas for qualified Australian citizens working in specialty occupations. The E-3 is exclusive to Australians and requires a job offer in a role that meets the specialty occupation standard, along with a relevant bachelor's degree. Encompass does not have documented sponsorship history for H-1B or Green Card pathways based on current data.
Which roles at Encompass are most likely to receive E-3 sponsorship?
Technology and software companies typically support E-3 sponsorship for roles in software engineering, data science, product management, and technical consulting, positions where a specific degree field is directly tied to the job duties. At Encompass, roles within the core technology and product functions are your strongest candidates for E-3 eligibility.
How do I find E-3 sponsored jobs at Encompass?
Migrate Mate lists verified E-3 sponsors and lets you search by company, so you can browse current Encompass openings alongside their real sponsorship history. This saves time compared to applying broadly and discovering late in the process that a company doesn't sponsor your visa type. Search for Encompass directly on Migrate Mate to see active roles.
How do I approach the application process at Encompass as an E-3 applicant?
Start by identifying roles in technical or product functions where your degree aligns with the job requirements. Mention your E-3 eligibility early in recruiter conversations, it signals you've done your research and simplifies their process. Have your credential documents and employment offer letter ready, as your employer will need to file a Labor Condition Application before your visa interview can proceed.
