The Feta Laborer I position is responsible for completing a variety of packaging and CIP duties to assist with the safe and efficient operation of the feta department. This position is primarily a seasonal position.

The role

We’re looking for a Feta Laborer I to join our team in Weyauwega.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the production of feta cheese, helping keep things running smoothly, safely, and efficiently from start to finish. If you like staying active, working with a team, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, you’ll feel right at home here.

Your role in achieving results

In this position, you’ll play a key part in keeping production moving and quality standards high. You’ll:

• Support daily production operations on the feta line
• Handle materials, products, and equipment throughout the process
• Follow safety, quality, and food production guidelines
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Communicate with team members and leadership to keep operations running smoothly
• Jump in where needed—this is a team environment, and flexibility is key
