Job Roles at Cotiviti
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Cotiviti Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical and analytics roles
Cotiviti's Green Card sponsorship activity is concentrated in technology and data-focused positions. Software engineers, data scientists, and healthcare analytics specialists tend to be the strongest candidates for permanent residence sponsorship at this company.
Understand the PERM labor certification process
Cotiviti's Green Card sponsorship typically begins with PERM labor certification filed with the DOL. Understanding this multi-step process, including the prevailing wage determination and recruitment requirements, helps you set realistic timeline expectations from day one.
Raise sponsorship early in the offer stage
Bring up Green Card sponsorship during the offer negotiation phase, not after you've started. Cotiviti's HR and immigration teams plan sponsorship budgets in advance, so early alignment avoids misunderstandings about your long-term work authorization needs.
Search verified sponsors before applying
Not every Cotiviti role will come with Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your applications on positions where sponsorship is genuinely on the table.
Factor in EB-2 versus EB-3 category eligibility
Cotiviti sponsors under both EB-2 and EB-3 categories depending on the role's requirements. Positions requiring advanced degrees or specialized expertise may qualify for EB-2, which can offer a faster path to permanent residence depending on your country of birth.
Build tenure before expecting sponsorship initiation
Many Technology and Software employers, including Cotiviti, typically initiate Green Card sponsorship after you've demonstrated consistent performance over time. Focusing on delivering strong results in your first year puts you in the best position when sponsorship conversations begin.

Does Cotiviti sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Cotiviti sponsors Green Card visas for qualified employees. The company has an active record of filing permanent residence petitions, particularly for roles in technology, data analytics, and healthcare IT. Sponsorship is typically initiated for employees who have already demonstrated value in the organization, and the process follows the standard PERM labor certification pathway.
Which roles and departments at Cotiviti typically receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Cotiviti is most common in technical and analytical departments, including software engineering, data science, healthcare data analytics, and IT infrastructure. Roles that require specialized skills or advanced degrees tend to be prioritized for sponsorship, as these positions are harder to fill through the domestic labor market under the PERM recruitment requirements.
How does the Green Card application process work at Cotiviti?
Cotiviti typically sponsors Green Cards through the PERM labor certification process, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition filed with USCIS. Once the I-140 is approved and a visa number becomes available based on your priority date and country of birth, you can proceed to adjustment of status or consular processing. Cotiviti works with immigration counsel to manage this process on the employer side.
How long does it take to get a Green Card through Cotiviti?
The timeline depends heavily on your EB category and country of birth. For nationals of countries without significant visa backlogs, the process from PERM filing to Green Card approval can take two to four years. For Indian or Chinese nationals, EB-2 and EB-3 backlogs can extend the wait significantly longer. Cotiviti's role is to keep the employer-side filings moving; priority date movement is outside any employer's control.
How do I find Green Card sponsorship jobs at Cotiviti?
The most effective approach is to use a platform that verifies actual sponsorship history rather than relying on job postings alone. Migrate Mate lets you search for open roles at Cotiviti filtered by verified Green Card sponsorship activity, so you can apply with confidence that sponsorship is a real option for that employer. Always confirm sponsorship intent directly with the hiring team during the interview process.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Cotiviti?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
