Job Roles at CrowdStrike
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in CrowdStrike Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target engineering and security research roles
CrowdStrike's Green Card sponsorship is concentrated in technical disciplines, software engineering, threat intelligence, and security research. Focusing your application on these functions gives you the strongest chance of landing a role with a clear path to permanent residency.
Understand the EB-2 and EB-3 pathways
CrowdStrike typically sponsors through employment-based categories like EB-2 and EB-3. Knowing which category fits your background, advanced degree roles versus skilled worker positions, helps you have an informed conversation with your recruiting contact early in the process.
Raise Green Card sponsorship in the offer stage
In Technology and Software hiring, immigration intentions are best discussed during offer negotiation, not after. Ask directly whether the role is eligible for Green Card sponsorship and whether the company uses outside immigration counsel to manage the PERM process.
Use verified sponsorship data when searching
Not every job posting signals real Green Card support. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize CrowdStrike roles that are genuinely tied to active Green Card programs.
Factor in the PERM labor certification timeline
The Green Card process at large technology employers typically begins with PERM labor certification through the Department of Labor. This stage alone can take a year or more, so starting conversations early and understanding the full timeline protects your long-term planning.
Demonstrate long-term commitment during interviews
CrowdStrike, like most cybersecurity companies, invests heavily in Green Card sponsorship for employees they see as long-term contributors. Showing alignment with the company's mission and a clear intent to grow within the organization strengthens your case for sponsorship approval.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does CrowdStrike sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, CrowdStrike sponsors Green Card visas for eligible employees. The company primarily sponsors through employment-based preference categories, with sponsorship most common in technical roles across software engineering, threat intelligence, and security research. Sponsorship is typically initiated after a period of employment and is tied to specific role eligibility rather than being universally available across all positions.
Which roles and departments at CrowdStrike are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at CrowdStrike is most commonly associated with specialized technical roles, software engineers, cloud infrastructure engineers, security researchers, and data scientists are among the functions that align most closely with the company's sponsorship priorities. Product and technical program management roles with advanced degree requirements can also qualify, depending on how the position is structured.
How do I navigate the Green Card application process at CrowdStrike?
CrowdStrike manages Green Card sponsorship through outside immigration counsel, which handles the PERM labor certification, I-140 petition, and subsequent adjustment of status or consular processing steps. Employees typically work with an assigned immigration attorney once the company initiates sponsorship. The process begins with PERM, which requires the employer to conduct a documented recruitment effort before filing with the Department of Labor.
How long does the Green Card process take at CrowdStrike?
The full Green Card process at a technology employer like CrowdStrike typically spans several years from initiation to approval. PERM labor certification alone can take 12 to 24 months depending on Department of Labor processing times. For applicants from India or China, the wait extends significantly due to visa backlogs in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories. Starting the process early in your employment is the most important thing you can do.
How do I find open Green Card sponsorship jobs at CrowdStrike?
Standard job boards don't distinguish between employers who actively sponsor Green Cards and those who don't. Migrate Mate filters job listings by verified sponsorship history, making it straightforward to identify open CrowdStrike roles tied to real Green Card programs. Focusing your search on technical and engineering postings within the platform will surface the roles where sponsorship is most consistently available.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at CrowdStrike?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
