- We create and produce some of the most popular and well-known branded live music events in America, including the iHeartRadio Music Festival, the iHeartRadio Music Awards, the iHeartCountry Festival, iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina and the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour;
- iHeartRadio is the #1 streaming radio digital service in America;
- Our social media footprint is 7 times larger than the next largest audio service; and
- We have the only complete audio ad technology stack in the industry for all forms of audio, from on demand to broadcast radio, digital streaming radio and podcasting, which bring data, targeting and attribution to all forms of audio at an unparalleled scale. As a result, we’re able to combine our strong leadership position in audience reach, usage and ad tech with powerful tools and insights for our sales organizations to help them build success for their clients at a more efficient cost than any other option.

Match your credentials to PERM requirements early
PERM labor certification requires your degree and experience to align precisely with the posted role's minimum requirements. Review iHeartMedia's job descriptions carefully and document your credentials before applying, since PERM filings lock in those requirements and discrepancies can derail your case later.
Identify whether EB-2 or EB-3 fits your background
iHeartMedia files under both EB-2 and EB-3, so your degree level and role seniority determine which category applies. EB-2 requires an advanced degree or exceptional ability; EB-3 covers roles needing a bachelor's degree. Knowing your category helps you target the right positions and set accurate timeline expectations.
Target engineering and platform roles specifically
iHeartMedia's Green Card filings concentrate in software engineering, data infrastructure, and digital platform development. Roles outside the core technology organization are less frequently sponsored. Focus your applications on teams building iHeartMedia's streaming, ad tech, and broadcast technology platforms for the strongest sponsorship alignment.
Verify prevailing wage levels before negotiating salary
DOL requires iHeartMedia to pay at least the prevailing wage for your occupation and location under PERM. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the wage level for your job title before your offer conversation, so your expected compensation doesn't fall below the threshold that could delay certification.
Use Migrate Mate to track iHeartMedia's filing history
Knowing which roles and departments iHeartMedia has historically sponsored for Green Cards gives you a real targeting advantage. Migrate Mate surfaces employer-level Green Card filing data so you can identify active sponsorship patterns at iHeartMedia and prioritize roles with a demonstrated sponsorship track record.
Raise sponsorship intent during the offer stage strategically
Bring up Green Card sponsorship after receiving a written offer, not during early interviews. At that stage, iHeartMedia's HR and immigration counsel are already evaluating your case. Ask specifically whether the role is eligible for PERM sponsorship and what the company's typical timeline from offer to I-140 filing looks like.
iHeartMedia Green Card Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does iHeartMedia sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, iHeartMedia sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying roles, primarily in its technology and software organization. The company files under the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories, which cover roles requiring advanced degrees or bachelor's-level qualifications. Sponsorship is tied to business need and role eligibility, so not every position qualifies.
Which roles at iHeartMedia are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
iHeartMedia's Green Card sponsorship activity concentrates in software engineering, data engineering, and digital platform roles. Teams working on streaming infrastructure, ad technology, and broadcast systems have the strongest sponsorship track record. Corporate, sales, and operations roles are sponsored less frequently, so focusing on tech-specific positions gives you the best odds.
How does the Green Card application process work at iHeartMedia?
iHeartMedia typically initiates sponsorship through PERM labor certification filed with DOL, which requires the company to demonstrate no qualified U.S. workers are available for the role. After PERM approval, the company files an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. Once approved and a visa number is available, you complete the final adjustment of status or consular processing step.
How long does the Green Card process take at iHeartMedia?
The full Green Card timeline depends on your country of birth and the visa category. PERM certification alone can take six months or longer, and I-140 processing adds additional time. If you were born in a country with high immigration demand, priority date backlogs tracked in the USCIS Visa Bulletin can extend your wait by years beyond the initial filing.
How do I find open Green Card jobs at iHeartMedia?
Migrate Mate filters job listings by verified employer sponsorship history, so you can find iHeartMedia roles where Green Card sponsorship has actually been filed rather than just listed as a possibility. You can also monitor iHeartMedia's careers page directly and ask about PERM eligibility during the offer stage to confirm sponsorship before accepting.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at iHeartMedia?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
