Job Roles at ISS Facility Services
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in ISS Facility Services Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target operational and facilities management roles
ISS Facility Services sponsors Green Cards most consistently for roles tied to its core Business Support and Outsourcing operations. Focusing your application on facilities coordinators, operations managers, and support service roles puts you closest to sponsored positions.
Get hired first, then pursue sponsorship
Green Card sponsorship at ISS Facility Services typically begins after you have demonstrated performance and value as an employee. Joining on a temporary visa and proving yourself in role is the most reliable path to initiating the Green Card process there.
Understand the EB-2 and EB-3 pathways ISS uses
ISS Facility Services files Green Cards under the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories. Knowing which applies to your role and qualifications helps you align your resume and conversations with hiring managers to the right sponsorship track from the start.
Ask about sponsorship intent during later interview stages
Raising Green Card sponsorship too early can hurt your candidacy. Wait until an offer is being discussed to ask whether the role is eligible for long-term visa support, framing it as a commitment to building your career at ISS long-term.
Use verified sponsorship data when job searching
Not every ISS Facility Services listing will mention Green Card sponsorship explicitly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify which ISS roles and locations have a track record of filing.
Build tenure before initiating PERM labor certification
The PERM labor certification process, which ISS Facility Services must complete for most EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, requires demonstrating a legitimate business need. Employees with established performance records are better positioned when the company decides to move forward.

Does ISS Facility Services sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, ISS Facility Services sponsors Green Card visas for eligible employees in the United States. The company files under the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories, primarily for roles tied to its Business Support and Outsourcing operations. Sponsorship is selective and typically initiated after an employee has established a track record within the company.
Which roles at ISS Facility Services are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Sponsorship at ISS Facility Services tends to favor operations, facilities management, and support service roles that align with its core business. Positions requiring specialized skills in building services, workforce coordination, or technical facilities support are more likely candidates. Corporate functions such as finance, IT, and HR may also be eligible depending on the role level and business need.
How does the Green Card application process work at ISS Facility Services?
ISS Facility Services typically initiates the process with PERM labor certification, where the company must demonstrate to the Department of Labor that no qualified U.S. worker is available for the role. After PERM approval, it files an I-140 immigrant visa petition on the employee's behalf. The employee then waits for a visa number to become available before filing for adjustment of status or consular processing.
How long does the Green Card process take at ISS Facility Services?
The timeline depends on the visa category and the applicant's country of birth. The PERM and I-140 stages together can take a year or more. For EB-3 applicants born in countries with high demand, priority date backlogs can extend the overall wait significantly beyond that. ISS Facility Services has no control over government processing times or visa bulletin movement.
How do I find Green Card jobs at ISS Facility Services?
Start by identifying ISS Facility Services listings that match your background in facilities or business support services, then confirm sponsorship eligibility directly with the recruiter. Migrate Mate is a useful starting point because it filters employers by verified Green Card sponsorship history, helping you focus your search on roles where ISS has a documented record of filing for employees.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at ISS Facility Services?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
