Target technical and engineering roles
Iterable's Green Card sponsorships cluster around software engineering, product, and data roles. Focusing your application on these departments gives you the strongest chance of landing a position where Green Card sponsorship is an established part of the employment offer.
Confirm sponsorship intent before applying
Not every Iterable job listing will explicitly mention Green Card sponsorship. Ask directly during your recruiter screen whether the role supports permanent residency. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history before investing time in an application.
Understand the PERM labor certification timeline
Green Card sponsorship at a technology company like Iterable typically begins with PERM labor certification, which can take a year or more before your I-140 is even filed. Factor this into your planning, especially if your H-1B visa status has limited runway remaining.
Build your case for an EB-2 or EB-3 classification
Iterable sponsors through both the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories. Understanding which applies to your role and qualifications early helps you frame your experience accurately on your resume and during interviews, setting clearer expectations with the hiring team.
Engage immigration counsel as early as possible
Technology companies like Iterable typically work with outside immigration attorneys to manage Green Card filings. Once you have an offer, ask about the firm they use and request an early consultation so the PERM process can begin without unnecessary delays after your start date.
Demonstrate long-term commitment during the hiring process
Green Card sponsorship requires significant employer investment over a multi-year process. Candidates who communicate genuine intent to build a long-term career at Iterable, rather than treating it as a stepping stone, are more likely to receive sponsorship support from the outset.
Iterable Green Card Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Iterable sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Iterable sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. The company operates in the Technology & Software industry and supports sponsorship primarily through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories. Sponsorship is most common in technical, engineering, and product roles, and is typically initiated after an employee has established themselves in the organization.
Which roles at Iterable are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Software engineering, product management, data science, and related technical disciplines are the roles most commonly associated with Green Card sponsorship at Iterable. Corporate and go-to-market functions may have access to sponsorship as well, but the highest concentration of sponsored positions sits within the technical side of the business.
How does the Green Card application process work at Iterable?
The process typically begins with PERM labor certification, where Iterable's immigration attorneys conduct a supervised recruitment process to demonstrate no qualified U.S. workers were displaced. Once PERM is approved, Iterable files an I-140 immigrant petition on your behalf. Depending on your country of birth and preference category, you may then wait for a visa number to become available before filing for adjustment of status.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at a company like Iterable?
The timeline varies significantly depending on your country of birth and the employment-based category you fall under. For applicants born in countries without significant backlogs, the full process from PERM to Green Card approval can take two to four years. For applicants born in India or China, the wait can extend well beyond a decade due to annual visa number limits.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Iterable that include sponsorship?
Iterable posts open roles on its careers page, but listings don't always specify whether Green Card sponsorship is available for a given position. Migrate Mate aggregates job listings from verified Green Card sponsors, making it easier to identify Iterable openings where sponsorship is a realistic part of the offer before you apply.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Iterable?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
