Job Roles at Medical Solutions
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Medical Solutions Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles aligned with EB-2 or EB-3 criteria
Medical Solutions sponsors Green Cards through EB-2 and EB-3 pathways. Focus your applications on professional or specialized roles that clearly require a bachelor's degree or higher, as these align most naturally with the visa categories Medical Solutions uses.
Express long-term commitment early
Green Card sponsorship is a multi-year investment for any employer. In interviews and cover letters, emphasize your intention to build a sustained career at Medical Solutions rather than treating it as a stepping stone.
Understand the PERM labor certification process
Most Green Card sponsorships at companies like Medical Solutions begin with PERM, where the employer documents that no qualified U.S. worker is available. Knowing this process helps you ask informed questions and set realistic timeline expectations during hiring discussions.
Look for consulting roles with specialized skill requirements
Within consulting and professional services, roles requiring niche expertise are more likely to receive Green Card support. Positions where your background is genuinely difficult to replace locally give Medical Solutions the strongest grounds for sponsorship approval.
Use Migrate Mate to confirm sponsorship history before applying
Not every open role at Medical Solutions will come with Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time and helping you focus on positions where sponsorship is actually on the table.
Raise sponsorship in the offer stage, not the first interview
Bringing up Green Card sponsorship too early can create hesitation. In consulting and professional services hiring, it is typically more effective to establish your value first, then address sponsorship expectations once there is clear mutual interest.

Does Medical Solutions sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Medical Solutions sponsors Green Card visas. The company files through the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories, which are the standard pathways for professional and skilled worker sponsorship. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every role, so confirming eligibility with the hiring or HR team during the offer process is strongly recommended.
Which roles at Medical Solutions are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Roles in consulting and professional services that require specialized education or technical expertise are the most common candidates for Green Card sponsorship at Medical Solutions. Positions where your credentials are directly tied to the job duties, and where the role is difficult to fill locally, tend to have the strongest sponsorship case under EB-2 or EB-3 criteria.
How do I start the Green Card process at Medical Solutions?
The process typically begins after you have secured a permanent job offer. Medical Solutions would initiate PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, followed by filing an immigrant petition with USCIS. Your role is to provide documentation supporting your qualifications. Working closely with the company's immigration counsel throughout is essential, as timelines and requirements vary by case.
How long does the Green Card process take at Medical Solutions?
The timeline depends on your nationality, the visa category, and government processing backlogs. EB-3 cases for nationals from high-demand countries like India can involve significant priority date waiting periods. EB-2 cases may move faster depending on your birth country. Expect the full process, from PERM through final approval, to take anywhere from one year to several years in most scenarios.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Medical Solutions on Migrate Mate?
Migrate Mate indexes verified sponsoring employers, including Medical Solutions, so you can search specifically for roles where Green Card sponsorship is part of the company's documented hiring practice. Filter by visa type to surface EB-2 and EB-3 eligible positions. This helps you avoid applying to roles where sponsorship support is uncertain and focus your effort where it is most likely to lead to a real outcome.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Medical Solutions?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
