- Advise on the best way to deliver content (format, channel, layout and storytelling approach).
- Contribute to the development of communication plans and narrative frameworks.
Employee Engagement & Campaign Support
- Support the creation and delivery of all global employee engagement initiatives and programs, including events, activations, campaigns, etc.
- Bring engagement strategies to life through creative content development.

You’ll Need to Have:
- 2-4 years of relevant communications and graphic design experience, preferably in a luxury Retail, Wholesale and/or a corporate environment with a global employee presence.

Target corporate and professional services roles
Michael Kors's Green Card sponsorships cluster in corporate functions rather than retail positions. Focus your search on roles in finance, technology, legal, and operations where the company is most likely to support a Green Card petition.
Understand the EB-2 and EB-3 pathways
Michael Kors sponsors through both EB-2 and EB-3 categories. EB-2 suits professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers skilled workers. Knowing which category fits your background helps you target the right openings.
Raise sponsorship early in the hiring process
In consulting and professional services environments, immigration decisions are often made at the offer stage. Asking about Green Card sponsorship during later-round interviews signals seriousness without derailing early conversations.
Use verified sponsorship data when job searching
Not every Michael Kors listing will mention Green Card sponsorship explicitly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify which roles at Michael Kors have led to Green Card filings.
Build tenure before initiating the Green Card process
Michael Kors, like most corporate sponsors, typically initiates Green Card sponsorship for employees who have demonstrated value over time. Starting strong in your role and establishing relationships with your manager improves your chances of being sponsored.
Account for PERM labor certification timelines
The Green Card process at employer-sponsored companies like Michael Kors begins with PERM labor certification, which can take a year or more before USCIS even receives the petition. Planning your immigration timeline well in advance is essential.
Michael Kors Green Card Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Michael Kors sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Michael Kors sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. The company has filed petitions under both the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. Sponsorship is generally reserved for professional and corporate roles rather than entry-level or retail positions, and it typically follows a period of employment with the company.
Which roles and departments at Michael Kors are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Michael Kors tends to concentrate in corporate and professional services functions, including technology, finance, legal, and operations. Roles requiring specialized skills or advanced degrees are stronger candidates for EB-2 sponsorship. Retail and hourly positions are rarely sponsored for permanent residence.
How do I navigate the Green Card application process at Michael Kors?
Employer-sponsored Green Cards at Michael Kors typically follow the PERM labor certification route. Your employer files a PERM application with the Department of Labor, then submits an I-140 immigrant petition to USCIS. Once your priority date becomes current, you apply for adjustment of status or consular processing. Your immigration attorney, provided by the company, will guide each step.
How long does the Green Card process take when sponsored by Michael Kors?
The timeline varies considerably depending on your visa category and country of birth. PERM labor certification alone can take 12 to 18 months. After I-140 approval, applicants born in high-demand countries like India or China may wait years for a visa number to become available. Applicants from most other countries typically face a shorter overall timeline.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Michael Kors that offer sponsorship?
Job listings rarely state Green Card sponsorship explicitly, which makes it difficult to know which openings are genuine opportunities. Migrate Mate aggregates verified employer sponsorship data so you can search Michael Kors roles with confidence that the company has a real history of Green Card filings, saving you from applying to positions where sponsorship is unlikely.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Michael Kors?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
