Job Roles at Midas Hospitality
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Midas Hospitality Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target management and culinary tracks
Midas Hospitality's Green Card sponsorship is most common in roles with clear career progression, particularly hotel management and culinary leadership. Position yourself for these tracks early to signal you're a long-term investment worth sponsoring.
Ask about Green Card timelines during the offer stage
Hospitality employers often reserve Green Card sponsorship for employees who demonstrate commitment. Raising the topic professionally during negotiations signals long-term intent and helps you gauge whether the specific role includes a sponsorship pathway.
Focus on roles requiring specialized skills
Midas Hospitality typically pursues EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship for positions requiring industry expertise or supervisory responsibility. Roles in food and beverage management, front office operations, and property oversight tend to qualify more readily than entry-level positions.
Search verified sponsors before applying
Not every hospitality employer follows through on Green Card commitments. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize Midas Hospitality openings with confirmed Green Card activity.
Build tenure before initiating the PERM process
The PERM labor certification process at hospitality companies typically begins after an employee has demonstrated consistent performance. Demonstrating reliability across multiple properties or roles within Midas Hospitality strengthens your case when HR evaluates sponsorship candidates.

Does Midas Hospitality sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Midas Hospitality sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. The company has a track record of supporting workers through the PERM labor certification and immigrant visa petition process, primarily for roles in hotel management, culinary operations, and property oversight. Sponsorship is generally offered to employees who have demonstrated strong performance and long-term commitment to the organization.
Which roles at Midas Hospitality are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Midas Hospitality is most common in management and skilled operations roles, including hotel general managers, food and beverage directors, executive chefs, and front office managers. These positions align with EB-2 and EB-3 classification requirements, which typically call for specialized knowledge or a degree in a related field. Entry-level and seasonal roles are less likely to be sponsored.
How do I start the Green Card process at Midas Hospitality?
The process typically begins with a conversation with your HR contact or direct manager once you've established tenure and strong performance. Midas Hospitality works with immigration counsel to file the PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. Your role is to provide documentation supporting your qualifications and to maintain lawful status throughout the multi-step process.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at Midas Hospitality?
The timeline depends on your country of birth, the visa category used (EB-2 or EB-3), and current USCIS and Department of Labor processing times. For most applicants, the PERM and I-140 stages together take roughly one to two years. Applicants born in countries with high demand, such as India or China, may face significantly longer waits for a visa number to become available before they can complete the process.
How do I find open Green Card jobs at Midas Hospitality?
The most reliable approach is to search for Midas Hospitality listings on Migrate Mate, which aggregates verified sponsorship data so you can confirm a company's Green Card history before applying. Focus your search on management-track and culinary roles, since those departments have the strongest sponsorship activity. Applying directly through the company's careers page and noting your visa sponsorship needs during the application process also improves visibility with their HR team.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Midas Hospitality?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
