Job Roles at Neo4j
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Neo4j Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target engineering and data roles
Neo4j's Green Card sponsorship is concentrated in technical disciplines like software engineering, database architecture, and data science. Focusing your application on roles where graph technology expertise is central improves your chances of being considered for permanent residency support.
Raise sponsorship early in the process
Ask about Green Card sponsorship during the recruiter screen, not after an offer. Neo4j's hiring teams in Technology and Software are accustomed to the question, and early alignment prevents wasted time if your timeline and theirs don't match.
Demonstrate long-term commitment to Neo4j's mission
Green Card sponsorship is a multi-year investment for any employer. Candidates who show genuine alignment with graph database technology and Neo4j's product direction, not just passing interest, are more likely to have sponsorship conversations go forward.
Use verified sponsorship data when searching
Not every Technology and Software company that claims to sponsor actually files consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your search on companies like Neo4j with documented Green Card programs.
Leverage any existing nonimmigrant status strategically
If you're already working at Neo4j on F-1 OPT or TN status, you're in the strongest position to request Green Card sponsorship. Internal candidates with demonstrated performance have a meaningful advantage over external applicants when sponsorship discussions begin.

Does Neo4j sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Neo4j sponsors Green Card visas for eligible employees. The company files under the EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories, which are the standard pathways for skilled technology professionals. Sponsorship is typically offered to full-time employees in technical roles after a period of employment, and is not generally available at the offer stage.
Which roles at Neo4j are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Neo4j is most common in software engineering, database engineering, data science, and related technical functions where specialized graph technology skills are required. Product and research roles may also qualify depending on the position's complexity and the candidate's credentials. Sales and administrative roles are less commonly sponsored for permanent residency.
How do I start the Green Card process at Neo4j?
The process typically begins with your manager and HR team agreeing that sponsorship is appropriate for your role. Neo4j then works with outside immigration counsel to prepare a PERM labor certification filing with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. You should express your interest in sponsorship proactively and not assume it will be offered automatically.
How long does the Green Card process take at Neo4j?
The timeline depends significantly on your country of birth. For most applicants born outside India and China, the process from PERM filing to Green Card approval typically spans two to four years. For applicants born in India, the employment-based backlog means the wait can extend considerably longer. Your priority date, established when the I-140 is approved, determines your place in line.
How do I find open Green Card sponsorship jobs at Neo4j?
Neo4j posts openings on its careers page, but listings rarely specify Green Card sponsorship eligibility upfront. Migrate Mate compiles verified sponsorship data so you can identify roles at Neo4j and similar Technology and Software companies that have a real track record of Green Card filings, saving you from applying to positions where sponsorship is unlikely to be offered.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Neo4j?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
