Job Roles at Nexon America
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Nexon America Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical and engineering roles
Nexon America's Green Card filings are concentrated in software engineering, game development, and technical product roles. Candidates in these specializations are far more likely to be considered for employer-sponsored permanent residence than those in generalist positions.
Demonstrate long-term commitment early
Green Card sponsorship is a multi-year investment for any employer. During interviews at Nexon America, signal your intention to grow with the company long-term. Candidates who articulate career goals tied to the organization are stronger sponsorship candidates.
Understand the PERM labor certification process
Most Green Card pathways at technology companies like Nexon America begin with PERM, where the employer must advertise the role and prove no qualified U.S. worker is available. Knowing this process helps you set realistic timeline expectations from day one.
Clarify sponsorship eligibility before accepting an offer
Not every open role at Nexon America will come with a Green Card commitment. Ask directly during the offer stage whether the position is eligible for sponsorship, and confirm whether the company uses EB-2 or EB-3 classification for your role type.
Use verified sponsorship data when searching
Finding roles where Green Card sponsorship is confirmed saves significant time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your applications on companies like Nexon America that have an active track record.
Align your experience with Nexon America's product priorities
Nexon America operates in a specialized gaming and live-service technology space. Candidates whose skills directly support its existing titles or technology stack are more likely to be viewed as essential hires worth the investment of Green Card sponsorship.

Does Nexon America sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Nexon America sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. The company has an active sponsorship track record, particularly for professionals in technical and product-focused roles. Sponsorship is initiated by the employer, so your best path is securing a role first and then discussing the Green Card process with the HR or immigration team.
Which roles and departments at Nexon America are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Nexon America is most common in software engineering, game development, and technical roles where specialized skills are required and retention matters. Corporate functions such as marketing or operations are less frequently sponsored, though it depends on the seniority and uniqueness of the position.
How do I start the Green Card process at Nexon America?
The process typically begins after you have been employed for a period and demonstrated strong performance. Nexon America would engage an immigration attorney to file a PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. The employee does not initiate this process independently, the employer drives it.
How long does the Green Card process take when sponsored by Nexon America?
Timeline depends heavily on your nationality and the preference category used. For EB-2 and EB-3 filings, candidates from countries without significant visa backlogs may see the process resolved in two to four years. Applicants from India or China face substantially longer waits due to per-country annual limits set by U.S. immigration law.
How do I find open roles at Nexon America that include Green Card sponsorship?
Start by searching for Nexon America positions on Migrate Mate, which tracks verified employer sponsorship history so you can identify roles where Green Card support is a realistic expectation. When you apply, focus on technical positions that align with your background, and confirm sponsorship eligibility with the recruiter before advancing through the interview process.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Nexon America?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
