INTRODUCTION
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Aerospace Recruiter to join our Aerospace Team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent within the aerospace and aviation industry. You will partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing or agency environment
- Experience recruiting within aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or technical industries strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements and blue-collar/skilled trades roles
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
