Target engineering and product roles
Veeva's Green Card filings concentrate heavily in software engineering, product management, and data science. Positioning yourself for these functions gives you the strongest chance of landing a role where Green Card sponsorship is a standard part of the offer.
Raise Green Card early in the process
Veeva's recruiting teams are experienced with immigration sponsorship. Asking about Green Card support during initial screens or recruiter calls is appropriate and signals that you're planning a long-term career there, not just a visa bridge.
Use verified sponsorship data when searching
Not every Veeva job posting mentions Green Card explicitly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you find Veeva roles where immigration support is confirmed rather than assumed.
Align your background with Veeva's life sciences focus
Veeva builds software for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Candidates with domain knowledge in clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or life sciences data stand out, which also improves your leverage when negotiating immigration support during the offer stage.
Ask specifically about Green Card versus visa-only sponsorship
Some technology companies sponsor work visas but not Green Cards. Confirm with Veeva's HR or your recruiter that Green Card sponsorship is available for your specific role and level before accepting an offer to avoid surprises later.
Veeva Systems Green Card Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Veeva Systems sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Veeva Systems sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. Sponsorship is most common in technical and product roles, and Veeva has an established track record of supporting employees through the PERM labor certification process and subsequent EB-2 or EB-3 immigrant visa petitions.
Which roles and departments at Veeva Systems are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Veeva Systems is most concentrated in software engineering, product management, data science, and technical consulting. Roles requiring specialized skills in cloud platforms, life sciences software, or regulatory technology tend to be the strongest candidates for employer-sponsored permanent residence.
How does the Green Card application process work at Veeva Systems?
Veeva typically sponsors Green Cards through the employment-based PERM process. The employer files a labor certification with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. Once approved, you either adjust status within the U.S. or go through consular processing abroad, depending on your current immigration status.
How long does it take to get a Green Card through Veeva Systems?
The timeline depends on your country of birth and the visa category. For most nationalities, the PERM and I-140 stages together take one to three years. Indian and Chinese nationals face significantly longer waits due to per-country backlogs. Starting the process as early as possible in your employment at Veeva is critical.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Veeva Systems?
Search Veeva's careers page directly and filter for roles that match your technical background. You can also use Migrate Mate, which tracks verified Green Card sponsorship history by employer, so you can identify Veeva openings where immigration support has been confirmed. Prioritize applying to roles in engineering and product where sponsorship is most active.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Veeva Systems?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
