How to Get Visa Sponsorship in GroundSystems Visa Sponsorship USA
Target operational and field-based roles
GroundSystems sponsors primarily through employment-based and seasonal visa categories, which tend to support hands-on operational roles in facilities and property services. Focus your applications on positions in grounds maintenance, facilities operations, and property management.
Understand the visa types they use
GroundSystems sponsors through EB-2, EB-3, and H-2B pathways. If you're seeking permanent residence, the EB-2 and EB-3 routes are relevant. Seasonal or temporary workers should explore H-2B eligibility before applying to ensure your situation aligns with what GroundSystems offers.
Apply well ahead of seasonal hiring cycles
Facilities and property services companies like GroundSystems often ramp up hiring around seasonal demand periods. Applying early, before peak cycles begin, increases your chances of being considered for sponsored positions before headcount is filled.
Emphasize relevant certifications and trade skills
For sponsorship in the Facilities and Property Services sector, demonstrating specialized trade skills, safety certifications, or equipment experience signals immediate value. GroundSystems sponsors workers who can contribute operationally from day one, so credentials matter more than a generalist background.
Search for verified sponsorship opportunities on Migrate Mate
Finding employers with a real sponsorship history saves time and avoids dead ends. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by actual sponsorship track record, helping you identify current GroundSystems openings that align with your visa category.
Prepare for a multi-step sponsorship process
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 involves employer-led steps including PERM labor certification, which takes time. When targeting GroundSystems for permanent residence, be ready for a longer timeline and ask early in the process about their internal sponsorship workflow.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does GroundSystems sponsor H-1B visas?
GroundSystems does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity is concentrated in EB-2, EB-3, and H-2B categories, which reflect the operational and trade-focused nature of the Facilities and Property Services industry. If you require H-1B sponsorship specifically, GroundSystems is unlikely to be the right fit, and you should focus your search on employers active in that visa category.
What visa types does GroundSystems sponsor?
GroundSystems sponsors through employment-based Green Card pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3, as well as the H-2B temporary nonimmigrant visa for seasonal or peak-load workers. The EB-3 category is commonly used for skilled and unskilled workers in facilities and property services, making it the most likely route for operational roles at GroundSystems.
Which roles or departments at GroundSystems are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at GroundSystems is most common in operational and field-based positions tied to facilities management and grounds services. Roles in maintenance, landscaping, property operations, and related trades are typical candidates for H-2B or EB-3 sponsorship. Management or administrative roles may qualify under EB-2 if the position requires an advanced degree or exceptional qualifications.
How do I find currently open sponsored jobs at GroundSystems?
The most reliable way to find sponsored openings at GroundSystems is through Migrate Mate, which tracks employers with verified sponsorship histories and filters jobs by visa type. This saves you from applying to roles where sponsorship isn't actually available. Check the platform regularly, as sponsored positions in facilities services often fill quickly during seasonal hiring periods.
How do I navigate the sponsorship timeline when applying to GroundSystems?
For H-2B roles, the employer must file a petition with USCIS well before your intended start date, so timing your application to align with their seasonal recruitment window is critical. For EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, expect a longer process involving PERM labor certification before the immigrant petition is filed. Raise the sponsorship question early in your conversations with GroundSystems recruiters to confirm their process and timeline.
