Job Roles at Brunswick
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Brunswick H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target engineering and technical roles first
Brunswick's H-1B sponsorship is strongest in roles requiring specialized degrees, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and software development. Focus your applications on positions where a specific technical degree is a stated requirement, not just a preference.
Confirm sponsorship before applying
Not every Brunswick role is eligible for H-1B sponsorship, even within technical departments. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and avoid wasting applications on roles that won't support your visa status.
Understand Brunswick's manufacturing context
Brunswick operates across marine, fitness, and billiards manufacturing. Roles tied to product innovation, supply chain engineering, and R&D tend to have the clearest specialty occupation basis, which is exactly what a successful H-1B petition requires.
Engage the recruiter early about sponsorship
Raise H-1B sponsorship in the first recruiter conversation, not at the offer stage. Brunswick's HR teams handle sponsorship through established processes, and early disclosure lets them confirm eligibility before both sides invest time in interviews.
Align your application to the specialty occupation standard
USCIS approves H-1B petitions when the role demonstrably requires a specific bachelor's degree or higher. When applying at Brunswick, frame your resume and cover letter around the theoretical and practical application of your degree field to the specific role.
Plan around the H-1B cap lottery timeline
Brunswick can only file new H-1B cap petitions once per year, with registrations typically opening in March for an October 1 start date. Factor this into your job search timeline so a conditional offer doesn't expire while you wait for lottery results.

Does Brunswick sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Brunswick sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles across its manufacturing and corporate operations. Sponsorship is most common in engineering, product development, and technology positions where the role requires a specific degree field. Not every open position will be eligible, so confirming sponsorship intent early in the hiring process is important.
Which roles and departments at Brunswick are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Brunswick is most consistently associated with roles that meet the specialty occupation standard, meaning the position requires a specific bachelor's degree or higher as a baseline requirement. Engineering disciplines, software and systems development, and research and development functions within Brunswick's manufacturing divisions are the strongest areas to target.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Brunswick?
Once Brunswick extends a conditional offer to a sponsored candidate, the company's HR or legal team initiates the H-1B petition process with an immigration attorney. Your role is to provide documentation supporting your qualifications and degree. Brunswick handles the employer-side filings, including the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, before submitting the petition to USCIS.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Brunswick that are open to visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lets you search and filter specifically for Brunswick roles verified against real H-1B sponsorship history, which removes the guesswork of identifying which positions will support your visa status. Applying through channels that surface sponsorship-confirmed roles saves time and increases the quality of your applications at companies like Brunswick.
What is the typical timeline for H-1B sponsorship at Brunswick?
The timeline depends on where you are in the visa cycle. For cap-subject H-1B petitions, Brunswick would file during the annual registration window with an earliest start date of October 1. From registration to work authorization can take six months or more. If you're transferring an existing H-1B from another employer, Brunswick can file a transfer petition at any time and you may be able to start sooner.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Brunswick?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
