How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Chobani H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles that align with Chobani's core operations
Chobani's H-1B sponsorships tend to cluster in food science, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and corporate functions like finance and technology. Focus your applications on roles where specialized degrees and technical expertise are genuinely required.
Verify sponsorship history before applying
Not every Chobani job listing will mention H-1B sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you confirm Chobani's track record before investing time in an application.
Highlight specialized qualifications in your application
Chobani operates in a competitive food and beverage market where technical depth matters. Emphasize how your specific academic background and expertise directly support the role, making the case that your specialty justifies the H-1B sponsorship process.
Engage with Chobani's recruiting team early
Given Chobani's selective H-1B sponsorship volume, proactively asking about visa sponsorship during early recruiter conversations helps both sides avoid wasted time and signals that you understand the H-1B process and timeline requirements.
Understand the H-1B cap and lottery timing
Chobani is a cap-subject employer, meaning your H-1B petition must enter the annual lottery each spring. Plan your job search timeline so that any offer aligns with registration windows, typically opening in March for an October 1 start date.
Demonstrate long-term value in food and beverage
Chobani invests in employees who can grow with the company. In interviews, connect your specialized skills to Chobani's product innovation and operational goals, showing that sponsoring your H-1B is a long-term investment, not just a short-term hire.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Chobani sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Chobani sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles. It is a selective sponsor, meaning it focuses its petitions on positions where specialized expertise in areas like food science, engineering, supply chain, or corporate functions genuinely requires an H-1B worker. Not every open role will be eligible, so confirming sponsorship availability with the recruiter early is important.
Which roles and departments at Chobani are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
Chobani's H-1B sponsorships tend to concentrate in technically specialized areas including food science and product development, manufacturing and process engineering, supply chain management, and corporate functions such as finance, data analytics, and information technology. Roles requiring a specific bachelor's or advanced degree as a standard industry requirement are the strongest candidates for H-1B support.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Chobani?
Once Chobani extends an offer and confirms sponsorship, the company works with outside immigration counsel to file your H-1B petition. The process involves a Labor Condition Application filed with the Department of Labor, followed by the USCIS petition. Chobani covers the required employer filing fees. Your role is to provide documentation confirming your qualifications and educational credentials throughout the process.
How long does the H-1B sponsorship process take at Chobani?
For cap-subject H-1B petitions at Chobani, the process begins with the lottery registration window in March. If selected, employment typically starts October 1 of the same year. Standard USCIS processing runs several months after selection, though premium processing is available if a faster decision is needed. The full timeline from job offer to work authorization commonly spans six to nine months.
How do I find H-1B sponsored jobs at Chobani?
Chobani posts open roles on its careers page, but listings rarely specify H-1B sponsorship availability. Migrate Mate aggregates verified H-1B sponsor data so you can search Chobani's current openings alongside confirmed sponsorship history, saving you the guesswork of applying to roles that may not be eligible. Filtering by verified sponsors is the most reliable way to focus your search.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Chobani?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
