Job Roles at CrowdStrike
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in CrowdStrike H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation requirements
CrowdStrike's strongest H-1B cases are built around roles requiring a specific technical degree. Focus on software engineering, security research, data science, and cloud architecture positions where your credentials directly match the job's degree requirement.
Raise H-1B sponsorship early in the recruiter conversation
At CrowdStrike, recruiters handling technical roles are familiar with H-1B processes. Mentioning your visa situation in the first conversation saves time and signals you understand how sponsorship works, rather than leaving it as a late-stage surprise.
Highlight domain expertise in cybersecurity or cloud technology
CrowdStrike's core business is cybersecurity. Candidates with hands-on experience in endpoint detection, threat hunting, identity protection, or cloud security stand out and are more likely to clear the internal bar for H-1B sponsorship approval.
Understand CrowdStrike's H-1B timeline before accepting an offer
H-1B sponsorship at CrowdStrike follows USCIS cap timelines. If you're not cap-exempt, your start date will depend on the April lottery and an October 1 start. Clarify this with your recruiter so you can plan accordingly.
Find verified H-1B roles at CrowdStrike through Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history. Searching for CrowdStrike roles there gives you confidence the listings are from companies with confirmed H-1B sponsorship track records, not just job boards with unverified claims.
Prepare for a thorough technical interview process
CrowdStrike's hiring bar for technical roles is high. A strong interview performance directly supports the H-1B case by demonstrating the specialized knowledge the role demands. Go deep on systems design, security fundamentals, or your specific domain area.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does CrowdStrike sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, CrowdStrike sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles, primarily in technical and specialized functions. The company has an established track record of sponsoring international talent in the Technology & Software industry. Sponsorship is tied to specific roles, so availability depends on the position and hiring team involved.
Which roles and departments at CrowdStrike typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at CrowdStrike is most common in software engineering, security research, threat intelligence, cloud infrastructure, and data science. These roles typically meet the specialty occupation standard because they require a directly related bachelor's degree or higher. Corporate, sales, and generalist roles are less commonly sponsored.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at CrowdStrike?
Once CrowdStrike extends an offer, their immigration legal team works directly with you to prepare the H-1B petition. The process includes a Labor Condition Application filed with the Department of Labor, followed by the Form I-129 petition filed with USCIS. You do not need to manage this yourself, but staying responsive during document collection is critical.
How long does H-1B sponsorship take at CrowdStrike?
If you are subject to the H-1B cap, plan for a timeline tied to the annual April lottery with employment starting October 1 at the earliest. CrowdStrike may offer premium processing to accelerate USCIS adjudication to roughly 15 business days, but the lottery itself cannot be expedited. Cap-exempt candidates or those transferring an existing H-1B can start sooner.
How do I find H-1B sponsored jobs at CrowdStrike?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. It surfaces roles from companies with verified H-1B sponsorship histories, so you can find CrowdStrike openings with confidence rather than guessing from a generic job board. Filter by company name and visa type to see current opportunities that match your background and sponsorship needs.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at CrowdStrike?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
