ABOUT THE ROLE
The Presentation Manager, Engineering Operations will elevate how Engineering communicates strategy, progress, and impact across the company. The ideal candidate understands how to translate engineering initiatives, metrics, and concepts into compelling stories that resonate with executive leadership, cross-functional partners, and the broader organization.
We work a hybrid schedule, in-office three days a week; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We are considering applicants for our Los Angeles, California office.

- Maintain consistent visual and narrative standards across all Engineering presentations.
Engineering Insights & Visualization:
- Work with Global Engineering Operations to visualize key metrics for performance reviews, scorecards, and planning.
- Create reusable frameworks and templates to streamline communication across the department.
- Translate data insights into digestible charts, frameworks, and messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Engineering, Global Eng Ops, and TPMs to understand priorities and ensure story alignment.
- Serve as an internal advisor to Engineering leaders on communication strategy for large initiatives.
- Work with Comms, L&D, Finance, and People teams as needed to align on narratives, timelines, and artifacts.
- Support internal organizational change communications when needed.
Operational Excellence:
- Establish scalable processes for deck production and storytelling support (intake, prioritization, templates).
- Ensure that Engineering messaging is consistent across regions (India, Mexico, US).
- Help drive clarity, alignment, and visibility across Engineering's highest-priority initiatives.

Job Roles at Crunchyroll
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Crunchyroll H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical and product roles first
Crunchyroll's H-1B sponsorship history is strongest in engineering, software development, and product management. These roles align most reliably with specialty occupation requirements, so leading with technical qualifications improves your chances of triggering the sponsorship conversation.
Frame your degree as a specialty occupation match
H-1B approval depends on proving your role requires a specific degree field. When applying to Crunchyroll, connect your academic background directly to the job description, a software role supported by a computer science degree is cleaner than a general business degree.
Search for verified sponsoring employers before applying
Not every media company sponsors H-1B visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your applications on companies like Crunchyroll that have an active track record.
Engage with Crunchyroll's media and entertainment focus in interviews
Crunchyroll operates in a niche corner of entertainment, anime and Japanese media streaming. Demonstrating genuine knowledge of the space signals cultural fit, which matters in a company where passion for the product is part of the hiring calculus alongside technical skills.
Clarify sponsorship early but professionally
Raise the H-1B question after a recruiter expresses genuine interest, not in your cover letter. Asking during an initial screen or after a positive first interview is standard practice and gives the recruiter time to confirm with HR before your process advances further.

Does Crunchyroll sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Crunchyroll sponsors H-1B visas. The company has filed H-1B petitions for roles primarily in engineering, product, and technology functions. Sponsorship is not available for every open position, so candidates should confirm with the recruiter early in the process whether a specific role is eligible for H-1B support.
Which roles and departments at Crunchyroll typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Crunchyroll is most common in technical and product-focused departments, including software engineering, data engineering, and product management. These roles typically satisfy the specialty occupation standard required for H-1B approval. Creative and operational roles may qualify depending on the specific position and degree requirements attached to it.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Crunchyroll?
Once Crunchyroll extends a job offer and confirms sponsorship, the company's HR team works with an immigration attorney to file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, followed by the I-129 petition to USCIS. As the applicant, you provide educational credentials, employment history, and passport details. The employer bears the filing costs for the core petition.
How long does H-1B sponsorship take at Crunchyroll?
Standard H-1B processing through USCIS takes between three and six months after the petition is filed in April. If Crunchyroll opts for premium processing, USCIS adjudicates within 15 business days. Because cap-subject petitions can only be filed once per year, plan your job search timeline so you have an offer in place well before the March registration window opens.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Crunchyroll as an international applicant?
Start by identifying open roles that align with your technical background, then verify that Crunchyroll has a sponsorship history before investing time in the application. Migrate Mate lists companies with confirmed H-1B sponsorship records, including employers in media and entertainment, so you can apply with confidence rather than guessing at a company's willingness to sponsor.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Crunchyroll?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
