Position Summary:
As the Director of Commercial Technology (Salesforce), you will be a hands-on leader to build, optimization, and own the day-to-day execution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role oversees architects, developers, administrators, product managers, analysts, and contractors responsible for delivering scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
This is a player-coach leadership role. In addition to leading and developing the team, you will stay close to architecture decisions, complex integrations, and solution design to ensure high-quality execution.
You will lead the rebuild of our commercial engine, enabling new product launches and improving core lead-to-revenue workflows in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, product managers, analysts, and contractors.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development planning.
- Establish clear roles, accountability, and delivery standards across the team.

Hands-On Platform Execution
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of Salesforce:

- Guide teams to execute configuration, customization, integrations, and automation strategies.

Commercial Engine Rebuild
- Rebuild and optimize end-to-end lead-to-revenue processes, including:

- Drive automation to reduce manual effort and increase GTM efficiency.
