Job Roles at Knoll
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Knoll H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target design and technical roles
Knoll's H-1B sponsorship tends to concentrate in specialty occupation roles such as product design, textile development, and technical production. Focus your applications on positions where a specific degree field is required, not just preferred.
Lead with your specialty occupation case
H-1B approval depends on demonstrating your role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field. When applying at Knoll, frame your resume and cover letter around the direct connection between your degree discipline and the job's core responsibilities.
Engage early in the hiring cycle
Knoll's H-1B filings must be submitted well before the October start date. Reaching out to recruiters and applying in late fall or early winter gives Knoll enough lead time to initiate the petition process before the April filing window.
Demonstrate cultural and brand alignment
Fashion and apparel employers like Knoll look for candidates who understand the brand's aesthetic and design philosophy. Showing familiarity with Knoll's portfolio in interviews signals you can contribute immediately, making sponsorship investment easier to justify internally.
Verify sponsorship history before applying
Not every open role at Knoll will come with H-1B sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize applications at companies with a confirmed track record of filing H-1B petitions.
Prepare for a thorough LCA and wage review
Knoll must file a Labor Condition Application certifying your offered salary meets prevailing wage levels for your role and location. Research wage data for your target position in advance so compensation expectations are aligned before an offer is extended.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Knoll sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Knoll does sponsor H-1B visas for qualifying roles. Sponsorship is selective and concentrated in positions that meet the specialty occupation standard, meaning the job must require a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field directly related to the work being performed.
Which roles at Knoll are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
Roles in product design, textile and materials development, technical production, and certain corporate functions such as finance or IT are the most likely candidates for H-1B sponsorship at Knoll. Positions where any general degree satisfies the requirement are less likely to qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS standards.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Knoll?
Once Knoll extends an offer, their legal team or an outside immigration attorney handles the petition. You'll need to provide educational credentials, employment history, and documentation linking your degree to the role. The process begins with a Labor Condition Application filed with the Department of Labor, followed by the H-1B petition to USCIS.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Knoll that are open to international candidates?
Knoll posts openings on its careers page, but listings rarely specify visa sponsorship availability. Migrate Mate lets you search verified H-1B sponsors by company and filter for roles aligned with your field, saving time you'd otherwise spend confirming sponsorship eligibility directly with recruiters.
What is the timeline for H-1B sponsorship at Knoll?
The standard H-1B process runs on an annual cycle. USCIS opens registration in March, conducts the lottery in late March, and accepts petitions in April for an October 1 start date. Knoll would need to initiate your case several months before April, so aligning your job search and offer timeline to winter hiring cycles is important.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Knoll?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
