Job Roles at QuinStreet
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in QuinStreet H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical and data roles first
QuinStreet's H-1B sponsorship is concentrated in engineering, data science, and analytics. If your background aligns with performance marketing technology or software development, you're applying to the part of the business most likely to initiate an H-1B petition.
Understand QuinStreet's consulting and media model
QuinStreet operates in performance-based marketing and lead generation, not traditional consulting. Demonstrating fluency in digital acquisition, campaign optimization, or publisher networks signals that you understand the business and reduces the perceived risk of sponsorship.
Raise sponsorship early in the process
Don't wait until an offer to confirm H-1B sponsorship. Mention your visa status in the recruiter screen. QuinStreet's HR team handles sponsorship decisions internally, so early transparency avoids wasted time on both sides.
Search for verified H-1B job listings proactively
Not every QuinStreet listing explicitly mentions sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify which open roles are realistically available to H-1B candidates before applying.
Align your application with the H-1B specialty occupation standard
H-1B approval requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation tied to your degree field. Frame your resume and cover letter around the technical requirements of the role, not just your experience, to support QuinStreet's petition documentation.
Factor in lottery timing when planning your job search
If you need a new H-1B, QuinStreet would need to file during the annual April lottery window for an October start. Coordinate your job search so you're in offer discussions by February or March to allow enough lead time.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does QuinStreet sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, QuinStreet sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a documented sponsorship history across technical and professional roles in its consulting and performance marketing operations. Sponsorship is selective rather than routine, so candidates should confirm visa support directly with the recruiter during initial conversations.
Which roles at QuinStreet are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at QuinStreet tends to be concentrated in software engineering, data analytics, and technical product roles. These positions most clearly meet the specialty occupation requirement that H-1B approval depends on. Business development and general marketing roles are less commonly sponsored, though exceptions exist depending on the specific job description.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at QuinStreet?
Once QuinStreet extends a sponsorship-eligible offer, the company's HR team works with an immigration attorney to file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, followed by the I-129 petition with USCIS. You'll need to provide educational credentials, employment history, and degree certificates. The process is employer-driven, but staying organized and responsive speeds things up considerably.
How long does H-1B sponsorship take at QuinStreet?
Standard H-1B processing through USCIS takes roughly three to six months after the April registration window. If QuinStreet opts for premium processing, USCIS targets a decision within 15 business days. Build your timeline around an October 1 start date for cap-subject cases, and confirm with the recruiter whether QuinStreet covers premium processing fees.
How do I find H-1B jobs at QuinStreet as an international candidate?
Start by identifying open roles that match your technical background, then confirm sponsorship availability in your first recruiter conversation. Migrate Mate lists companies with verified H-1B sponsorship histories, including QuinStreet, so you can prioritize applications to employers who have actually filed petitions rather than relying on job descriptions that may not mention visa support.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at QuinStreet?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
