INTRODUCTION
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Aerospace Recruiter to join our Aerospace Team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent within the aerospace and aviation industry. You will partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for aerospace positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement

- Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand aerospace roles (e.g., Aircraft Assemblers, Aircraft Mechanics, Avionics, Quality Inspectors, etc.)
- Conduct pre-screen interviews to assess experience, certifications, and eligibility requirements (including compliance needs such as ITAR where applicable)
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely updates throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes as needed
- Stay informed on aerospace industry trends, labor market conditions, and salary benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and client-specific hiring requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing or agency environment
- Experience recruiting within aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or technical industries strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements and blue-collar/skilled trades roles
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
