The Director of Operations will support the Vice President of Operations in planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing day-to-day operational activities in area assigned. This role focuses on implementing efficient and cost-effective systems and processes within assigned operational areas to meet the organization's current and future needs. - Supports the Vice President of Operations in addressing performance issues and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.

- Implements and enforces operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
- Reviews and analyzes cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects within their purview.
- Supports the Vice President of Operations in managing and administering the department's budget.
- Prepares and presents periodic performance reports and metrics for assigned operational areas to the Vice President of Operations and other relevant stakeholders.
- Stays informed about emerging technologies and trends in operations management and proposes relevant implementations.
