- Conduct discovery and requirements gathering sessions with existing clients and new prospects.
- Administer technical demonstrations by highlighting key features and benefits of our offerings in an engaging and persuasive manner with the ultimate goal of driving sales and generating revenue.
- Explain in detail how various features and functions of our solutions can meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Consult with prospective clients in making informed purchasing decisions by providing solution recommendations and addressing concerns effectively.
- Attend relevant user conferences and provide support for sales team members.
- Industry trends — staying current with healthcare technology trends, competitive landscape, and emerging solutions to better position demos and advise clients.
- Cross-functional collaboration — relaying client feedback to product and implementation teams to support continuous improvement.
- Demo environment ownership — developing and maintaining demo scripts and materials tailored to different care settings and client personas.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Revenue Cycle Management expertise

- Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
