Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Worley H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Align your credentials to specialty occupation standards
Worley's H-1B filings typically support roles requiring a specific bachelor's degree in a directly related field. Pull the O*NET profile for your target job title and confirm the degree requirement is field-specific, not general, before you apply.
Target Worley's project-heavy service lines
Engineering consulting firms like Worley staff heavily around active project pipelines in energy, resources, and infrastructure. Roles tied to active contracts get filled faster and are more likely to include H-1B sponsorship as part of the offer, so search by practice area, not just job title.
Verify the prevailing wage before negotiating your offer
Your salary must meet the DOL prevailing wage for your occupation and work location. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the Level I through Level IV wage thresholds for your role before you receive an offer, so you can negotiate from an informed position.
Confirm E-Verify enrollment during your interview stage
H-1B employers must be enrolled in E-Verify before USCIS will approve the petition. Ask Worley's recruiter or HR contact to confirm E-Verify participation early, since a gap here can delay or complicate the filing process after you've already accepted an offer.
Use Migrate Mate to find Worley's verified LCA filing history
Before applying, check Worley's Labor Condition Application data through Migrate Mate to see which job titles and locations the company has sponsored. That filing history tells you which roles have a real sponsorship path and which departments are actively hiring H-1B workers.
Plan around the cap and premium processing window
H-1B cap registrations open each March for an October 1 start date. If Worley extends you an offer outside that window, clarify whether you qualify for a cap-exempt transfer or whether the timeline requires waiting for the next registration cycle before your start date can be confirmed.
Worley H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Worley sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Worley sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying professional and technical roles in the U.S. The company operates across engineering, project management, and consulting disciplines where specialty occupation requirements are typically met. Sponsorship is most common for roles requiring a degree in a directly related field such as engineering, environmental science, or project controls.
Which roles at Worley are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Worley is concentrated in technical and project-based roles, including process engineers, mechanical engineers, project managers, and environmental consultants. Roles that require a field-specific degree and are tied to active client engagements in energy, resources, or infrastructure tend to have the strongest sponsorship track record.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Worley?
Once Worley extends a job offer with sponsorship confirmed, the company files a Labor Condition Application with DOL and then submits Form I-129 to USCIS during the cap registration period. You'll need to provide credential documentation and degree equivalency records. USCIS reviews the petition and issues approval before your employment start date.
How long does the H-1B sponsorship process take at Worley?
The standard H-1B timeline runs from March registration through an October 1 start date, meaning the process can take six months or more from offer to authorization. Premium processing through USCIS can accelerate the I-129 adjudication to roughly 15 business days, though the cap registration window itself cannot be expedited.
How do I find and apply for H-1B sponsored jobs at Worley?
Use Migrate Mate to search Worley's verified H-1B filing history by job title and location, which helps you target roles with a documented sponsorship path rather than applying broadly. When you apply, address sponsorship directly in your cover materials and confirm willingness to sponsor during the initial recruiter screen to avoid late-stage misalignment.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Worley?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
