INTRODUCTION
Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, the #1 cause of death worldwide, using cutting-edge technology. The flagship product—an AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac test supported by the ACC/AHA Chest Pain Guidelines called the Heartflow FFRCT Analysis—provides a color-coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries indicating the impact blockages have on blood flow to the heart. Heartflow is the first AI-driven non-invasive integrated heart care solution across the CCTA pathway that helps clinicians identify stenoses in the coronary arteries (RoadMap™Analysis), assess coronary blood flow (FFRCT Analysis), and characterize and quantify coronary atherosclerosis (Plaque Analysis). Our pipeline of products is growing and so is our team; join us in helping to revolutionize precision heartcare. Heartflow is a publicly traded company (HTFL) that has received international recognition for exceptional strides in healthcare innovation, is supported by medical societies around the world, cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan and Canada, and has been used for more than 500,000 patients worldwide.

Align your background to clinical sales
Heartflow's Sales roles typically require experience selling to cardiologists, radiologists, or hospital administrators. Frame your resume around clinical workflows and capital equipment or SaaS deals in healthcare rather than general B2B sales experience.
Verify Heartflow's LCA filings before applying
DOL's FLAG system publishes certified Labor Condition Applications by employer. Search Heartflow's LCA history to confirm which job titles and locations they've filed for, giving you a clearer picture of where sponsorship is actually happening for Sales positions.
Target territories with active cardiology programs
Heartflow's commercial expansion follows hospital and health system adoption of its FFRct technology. Prioritize applying to roles in markets with large academic medical centers, where capital sales cycles are longer but sponsorship conversations are more structured and predictable.
Raise sponsorship early in recruiter conversations
Medical device companies often route sponsorship decisions through legal or HR before extending offers. Ask during your first recruiter screen whether the role is open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship so you avoid investing weeks in a process that stalls at the offer stage.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Sales roles by sponsorship type
Heartflow posts Sales openings across multiple territories at different times of year. Use Migrate Mate to filter those listings by the visa category you hold or need, so you're applying to roles where your specific sponsorship situation is already supported.

Find Sales at Heartflow JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Heartflow sponsor H-1B visas for Sales roles?
Yes, Heartflow has sponsored H-1B visas for employees, including in commercial functions. Sponsorship availability for a specific Sales role depends on the position level, territory, and timing relative to the USCIS H-1B cap cycle. Confirm sponsorship eligibility directly with the recruiter during your initial screen, before progressing through multiple interview rounds.
How do I apply for Sales jobs at Heartflow?
Applications go through Heartflow's careers page, where Sales roles are listed by territory and seniority. Migrate Mate also aggregates Heartflow's open Sales positions and lets you filter by visa sponsorship type, which is useful if you need to confirm a role supports your specific status before applying. Tailor your application to clinical sales experience and cardiovascular or diagnostic imaging accounts where possible.
Which visa types does Heartflow support for Sales positions?
Heartflow has supported a range of work visa categories for employees, including H-1B, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT and CPT for recent graduates. For longer-term pathways, the company has also engaged EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship. The right category depends on your nationality, degree, and where you are in the immigration process.
What qualifications does Heartflow expect for Sales roles?
Most Heartflow Sales positions require a bachelor's degree, typically in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or business, combined with demonstrated success selling into hospital systems or cardiology departments. Roles at the senior or strategic level often expect familiarity with capital equipment sales cycles, clinical evidence discussions, and working with physician and C-suite stakeholders simultaneously.
How do I time my job search if I'm on F-1 OPT and targeting Heartflow?
F-1 OPT gives you up to 12 months of work authorization, with a possible 24-month STEM extension depending on your degree. Start your Heartflow application at least three to four months before your OPT expires to leave time for interviews, offer negotiation, and any H-1B or change-of-status filing Heartflow needs to initiate before your authorization lapses.
