Target roles that bridge operations and corporate functions
HEYTEA's U.S. sponsorship activity spans both its brand operations and business support functions. Focus your applications on roles where specialized expertise, like marketing, finance, or supply chain, directly supports its expansion in the American market.
Understand the food and beverage hiring cycle
Beverage brands like HEYTEA often ramp up hiring ahead of new market launches or seasonal expansions. Tracking HEYTEA's U.S. store openings and brand announcements can help you time your application when headcount demand is highest.
Position your degree field carefully for H-1B eligibility
HEYTEA sponsors H-1B visas, which require a specialty occupation tied to a specific degree. Make sure your application materials clearly connect your academic background to the professional role, vague degree-to-job alignment is a common reason petitions face scrutiny.
Research which departments have an active sponsorship track record
Not every team at a food and beverage company sponsors visas equally. Review HEYTEA's publicly available labor condition application filings to identify which job titles and departments have historically supported H-1B sponsorship before targeting your outreach.
Filter for verified sponsors before you apply
Applying to companies without confirmed sponsorship history wastes critical time, especially if you're on OPT or a grace period. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your effort on employers like HEYTEA who have actually filed.
Tailor your resume to reflect U.S. market experience or relevance
HEYTEA is building its U.S. presence, so candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of American consumer markets, retail operations, or stateside food and beverage trends will stand out, especially for roles that directly support the company's domestic growth strategy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does HEYTEA sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, HEYTEA sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying professional roles in the United States. The H-1B requires the position to be a specialty occupation, meaning it typically demands at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field directly related to the job. Candidates should ensure their degree and role are clearly aligned before applying, as USCIS scrutinizes the degree-to-job connection closely.
What types of roles at HEYTEA are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Based on HEYTEA's sponsorship activity, roles that require specialized professional expertise tend to be the strongest candidates for H-1B support. This includes positions in business operations, brand management, marketing, and corporate functions that support its U.S. expansion. Frontline hourly or general service roles are unlikely to meet the specialty occupation threshold required for H-1B sponsorship.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at HEYTEA?
The most reliable approach is to search for HEYTEA on Migrate Mate, which tracks companies with verified H-1B sponsorship histories and surfaces their open roles in one place. This saves you from applying to positions where sponsorship isn't confirmed. You can filter directly by visa type and employer, making it easier to focus on HEYTEA's active listings without sorting through unsponsored postings elsewhere.
How do I know if HEYTEA will sponsor my specific visa situation?
HEYTEA's publicly documented sponsorship covers the H-1B category. If you're on OPT, a change of status to H-1B is the most common path forward. If you need a different visa type, such as a Green Card or E-3 visa, HEYTEA does not have a documented track record in those categories, so you'd need to raise that directly with their HR or talent acquisition team during the hiring process.
What should I expect from the H-1B sponsorship timeline if I receive an offer from HEYTEA?
If HEYTEA extends you an offer and agrees to sponsor your H-1B, the employer typically files a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor first, which takes one to seven business days. The H-1B petition is then submitted to USCIS, with cap-subject cases filed in April for an October 1 start date. Premium processing is available if you need a faster decision, though at an additional cost to the employer.
