Tailor your resume to healthcare administration
Integrated Dermatology operates across multiple clinic locations, so highlight experience with medical scheduling software, EHR systems, and multi-site coordination. Generic office skills won't stand out in a dermatology practice environment where HIPAA compliance and patient-facing workflows matter.
Confirm specialty occupation framing early
H-1B eligibility for Administrative Assistant roles requires the position to qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards. Before applying, verify that the role requires at minimum a bachelor's degree in a specific field, not just general business or office experience.
Target Integrated Dermatology's multi-location openings strategically
With locations spread across multiple states, some sites have more urgent hiring needs than others. Applying to locations where demand is highest improves your chances of an employer willing to invest in the LCA filing and H-1B petition process for administrative staff.
Prepare your OPT or CPT authorization documents in advance
If you're on F-1 status, have your EAD and OPT authorization letter ready before your first interview. Healthcare employers like Integrated Dermatology often run E-Verify checks at onboarding, so delays in documentation can push back your start date.
Browse open Administrative Assistant roles on Migrate Mate
Integrated Dermatology posts Administrative Assistant openings across its clinic network. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for their visa-sponsoring locations so you're not wasting applications on sites that don't actively support international hiring.
Understand the PERM timeline if permanent residency is your goal
If Integrated Dermatology sponsors you for an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card, the PERM labor certification process through DOL typically takes 12 to 18 months before the I-140 petition can be filed. Factor this into your long-term status planning from the offer stage.

Does Integrated Dermatology sponsor H-1B visas for Administrative Assistants?
Integrated Dermatology has sponsored H-1B visas for staff including administrative roles. Whether a specific Administrative Assistant position qualifies depends on how the role is structured. H-1B eligibility requires the job to meet USCIS specialty occupation standards, meaning the position typically must require a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Confirm this with the hiring team before assuming sponsorship is available for every opening.
How do I apply for Administrative Assistant jobs at Integrated Dermatology?
You can browse and apply for Administrative Assistant openings at Integrated Dermatology through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for visa-sponsoring employers. Integrated Dermatology posts across multiple clinic locations, so reviewing which sites have active openings helps you target your application to the right office. Having your resume, work authorization documents, and any relevant healthcare office certifications ready before you apply speeds up the process.
Which visa types does Integrated Dermatology sponsor for Administrative Assistant roles?
Integrated Dermatology has sponsored across several visa categories for administrative staff, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and employment-based Green Card pathways such as EB-2 and EB-3. The visa type that applies to you depends on your nationality, current status, and how the specific role is classified. TN visas are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories, though administrative roles must meet DOL-defined criteria.
What qualifications does Integrated Dermatology expect for Administrative Assistant candidates?
Integrated Dermatology operates multi-site dermatology clinics, so administrative candidates are generally expected to have experience with medical scheduling, patient intake, insurance verification, and EHR or practice management software. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance is important. For visa sponsorship purposes, especially H-1B, the role may need to be tied to a specific degree field, so a background in healthcare administration or a related discipline strengthens both your candidacy and the sponsorship case.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for an Administrative Assistant at Integrated Dermatology?
Timeline depends on the visa type. F-1 OPT and CPT authorization can be set up relatively quickly if your school issues the EAD in time. H-1B petitions are tied to the annual April lottery with an October 1 start date, meaning you may wait six months or more from offer to work authorization. EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship through PERM typically involves a DOL labor certification process that can take 12 to 24 months before reaching the petition stage.
