Verify your ECFMG certification before applying
Integrated Dermatology requires U.S. licensure, which means your Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates certification must be current. Confirm your USMLE steps and ECFMG status are complete before submitting applications, since missing credentials stall sponsorship conversations immediately.
Target dermatology-specific openings rather than general physician roles
Integrated Dermatology's hiring is concentrated in dermatology and dermatologic surgery, not primary care. Focusing your outreach on roles that match your specialty training makes sponsorship conversations more productive, since the employer is more likely to invest in filing for a specialist they can't easily fill locally.
Use Migrate Mate to filter and track open Medical Doctor positions
Integrated Dermatology posts across multiple locations simultaneously, making it easy to miss relevant openings. Use Migrate Mate to filter Medical Doctor roles at Integrated Dermatology by location and sponsorship type, so you're applying to the right positions as they go live.
Clarify H-1B cap status during early employer conversations
Ask your hiring contact whether the specific Integrated Dermatology location is affiliated with a nonprofit or academic institution, which could qualify as a cap-exempt H-1B employer. Cap-exempt filing means no lottery wait, which dramatically changes your timeline for starting work.
Prepare for a PERM-based sponsorship conversation from day one
Physicians pursuing Green Cards through EB-2 or EB-3 often start PERM labor certification during or shortly after their H-1B approval. Asking about PERM readiness in your offer negotiation signals long-term commitment and gives DOL processing timelines the runway they need.
Document your specialty training in terms U.S. credentialing bodies recognize
Foreign medical training descriptions often don't map cleanly onto U.S. board terminology. Translate your residency, fellowship, and subspecialty training into language that matches American Board of Dermatology standards before submitting your CV or responding to USCIS requests for evidence.

Find Medical Doctor at Integrated Dermatology JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Integrated Dermatology sponsor H-1B visas for Medical Doctors?
Yes, Integrated Dermatology has sponsored H-1B visas for Medical Doctor roles. Physicians working in specialty clinical settings like dermatology are generally considered to meet the specialty occupation requirement under USCIS guidelines. Whether a specific location qualifies for cap-exempt filing depends on any nonprofit or academic affiliations, so confirming this early in your conversations with the hiring team is worth doing before counting on a particular timeline.
How do I apply for Medical Doctor jobs at Integrated Dermatology?
You can browse open Medical Doctor positions at Integrated Dermatology through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type and location. When applying, submit a CV that reflects U.S. credentialing standards, including your ECFMG certification status, state medical license, and any board certifications. Integrated Dermatology operates practices across multiple states, so identifying the right regional opening before applying will strengthen your candidacy.
Which visa types does Integrated Dermatology commonly use for Medical Doctors?
Integrated Dermatology sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, EB-2, and EB-3 visas for Medical Doctor roles. H-1B is the most common route for physician employment. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals who qualify under NAFTA/USMCA professional categories. EB-2 and EB-3 are the standard immigrant visa pathways for physicians seeking permanent residence, often initiated after an H-1B is already in place.
What qualifications does Integrated Dermatology expect from Medical Doctor applicants?
Integrated Dermatology hires physicians with completed U.S. residency training or equivalent, valid state medical licensure, and ECFMG certification for internationally trained graduates. Roles are concentrated in dermatology, so board certification in dermatology or a related subspecialty is typically expected. Physicians with fellowship training in procedural or cosmetic dermatology are particularly sought after given the company's clinical focus across its practice network.
How do I plan my timeline for visa sponsorship at Integrated Dermatology?
H-1B petitions for new cap-subject applicants must be filed in April for an October 1 start, so your offer and onboarding paperwork need to be finalized weeks before that window opens. If Integrated Dermatology's location qualifies as cap-exempt, there's no lottery and filings can happen year-round. For Green Card sponsorship via PERM, DOL processing currently runs several months before USCIS adjudication begins, so starting the conversation at the offer stage gives your case the best chance of staying on track.
