Verify Your PA License Before Applying
Each state where Integrated Dermatology operates requires a separate PA license. Confirm your license is active in the specific state where the role is posted before submitting your application, as dermatology groups won't begin sponsorship conversations without it.
Target Clinics in Underserved Dermatology Markets
Integrated Dermatology expands into markets with limited dermatology coverage, where hiring pressure is higher and sponsorship flexibility tends to be greater. Prioritize open roles in smaller metro or suburban clinic locations over flagship urban practices.
Search PA Openings Directly Through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Physician Assistant roles at Integrated Dermatology by visa type, so you only apply to positions where sponsorship has been confirmed. This saves time and surfaces roles that match your specific immigration situation.
Align Your Resume to Dermatology-Specific Competencies
Integrated Dermatology prioritizes PAs with hands-on dermatology or procedural experience. Highlight skills like biopsy interpretation, excision procedures, or cosmetic consultation, as these directly address the clinical scope their PA roles require.
Clarify Sponsorship Scope During Your Initial Offer Call
Ask the recruiter directly whether sponsorship covers only H-1B filing or also includes PERM and EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card support. Dermatology groups vary significantly on long-term immigration support, and confirming this early prevents surprises after you accept.
Build in Time for Credential Verification and LCA Filing
H-1B sponsorship for PA roles requires DOL Labor Condition Application approval before USCIS filing begins. Between credentialing verification, state licensing confirmation, and LCA processing, expect several weeks of lead time before your petition is submitted.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Integrated Dermatology sponsor H-1B visas for Physician Assistants?
Yes, Integrated Dermatology has sponsored H-1B visas for Physician Assistant roles. PA positions at dermatology groups qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS standards because they require a master's-level degree and national certification. Sponsorship availability can vary by clinic location and hiring need, so confirming directly with the recruiter during the offer stage is essential.
How do I apply for Physician Assistant jobs at Integrated Dermatology?
You can browse and apply for Physician Assistant openings at Integrated Dermatology through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can identify positions that match your immigration status. Applications typically require a current CV, active state PA license for the relevant location, and NCCPA certification. Some roles may require dermatology experience or a clinical skills assessment.
Which visa types does Integrated Dermatology commonly sponsor for Physician Assistants?
Integrated Dermatology sponsors H-1B visas as the primary nonimmigrant pathway for PA roles, along with TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals who hold qualifying PA credentials. For longer-term immigration, the company has supported employment-based Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3 PERM labor certification. F-1 OPT and CPT have also been used for qualifying candidates in training phases.
What qualifications does Integrated Dermatology expect from Physician Assistant candidates?
Integrated Dermatology expects candidates to hold a master's degree from an ARC-PA accredited PA program, active NCCPA certification, and a valid state PA license for the state where the clinic operates. Dermatology-specific clinical experience, including procedural skills such as biopsies, cryotherapy, and excisions, is strongly preferred. New graduates may be considered for some locations depending on patient volume and supervising physician support.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship for a PA role at Integrated Dermatology?
H-1B sponsorship follows a fixed annual cycle: USCIS opens registration in March, and cap-subject petitions take effect October 1 if selected. Your employer must file the Labor Condition Application with DOL before submitting your I-129 petition to USCIS. From offer acceptance to work authorization, the full process can take six months or longer, so targeting Integrated Dermatology well before the March registration window is critical.
