Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Program Manager Jobs at Integrated Power Services Jobs
Frame your credentials around operational scope
Integrated Power Services runs multi-site service operations, so your resume should quantify the scale of programs you've managed, including cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and delivery timelines relevant to industrial or manufacturing environments.
Target roles in their service center network
IPS operates service centers across the U.S., and Program Manager openings often cluster around those locations. Search by region rather than headquarters to surface active roles that align with your geographic flexibility and visa filing timeline.
Confirm TN eligibility before applying
If you're a Canadian or Mexican citizen, the TN visa category may cover Program Manager roles under qualifying classifications. Verify your job duties match a covered occupation through USCIS guidelines before your offer stage to avoid delays.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by visa type
IPS regularly posts Program Manager positions across multiple locations. Use Migrate Mate to filter those openings by the visa types IPS has historically sponsored, so you're applying to roles where sponsorship is already an established part of their hiring process.
Align your offer letter language with LCA requirements
Before signing, verify your offer specifies a worksite location and job title that matches what your employer files with DOL on the Labor Condition Application. Mismatches between offer language and LCA details can trigger compliance issues after approval.

Find Program Manager at Integrated Power Services JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Integrated Power Services sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Yes, Integrated Power Services has sponsored H-1B visas for Program Manager roles. The H-1B is the most common pathway for this function because Program Manager positions at IPS typically require a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, which satisfies the specialty occupation requirement. Sponsorship availability can vary by location and business need, so confirm directly with the hiring team during the offer stage.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at Integrated Power Services?
You can find Program Manager openings at Integrated Power Services through their careers page or through Migrate Mate, which filters IPS roles by visa sponsorship type so you can identify positions where sponsorship has been part of their hiring process. Tailor your application to highlight program delivery experience in manufacturing or industrial services, since IPS operates across complex, multi-site service environments.
Which visa types does Integrated Power Services use for Program Manager roles?
Integrated Power Services has sponsored H-1B visas for Program Managers and has also worked with F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT candidates, making them accessible to international students completing U.S. degrees. Canadian and Mexican nationals may also be eligible for TN status depending on how the role is classified. The right visa type depends on your nationality, current status, and the specific job duties outlined in your offer.
What qualifications does Integrated Power Services expect for Program Manager roles?
IPS Program Managers are typically expected to have a bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related technical field, along with demonstrated experience managing projects or service delivery programs in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Familiarity with electrical equipment servicing, repair operations, or supply chain coordination is an advantage given the nature of IPS's core business.
How do I plan my timeline if I need visa sponsorship for a Program Manager role at IPS?
If you're on F-1 OPT, you have up to 12 months of work authorization after graduation, with a 60-day grace period if employment ends. Your employer needs to file your H-1B petition with USCIS before the April 1 registration deadline for an October 1 start. Start conversations with IPS hiring managers at least six months before your OPT expires to leave enough runway for the cap filing process.
