Align Your Credentials to IPS Service Center Roles
Integrated Power Services operates repair and remanufacturing facilities, so hiring managers value hands-on credentials like EASA certifications or documented experience with motors, transformers, or drives. Tailor your resume to reflect that technical depth before you apply.
Target Locations with Active Service Center Openings
IPS runs distributed service centers across the U.S., and hiring demand varies by location. Research which facilities have active Manufacturing Technician postings, since sponsorship decisions are made at the facility level alongside broader HR approvals.
Start OPT Applications Before Your Program Ends
If you're on F-1 status, USCIS recommends filing your OPT EAD application up to 90 days before your program end date. A gap in authorization delays your start date and complicates IPS's onboarding timeline for technical roles.
Ask HR Directly About H-1B Filing Timelines
IPS sponsors H-1B visas for Manufacturing Technicians, but the cap-subject lottery runs once a year with a March registration window. Confirm with their HR team whether an offer needs to be in place before registration opens in February.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface IPS Manufacturing Technician Openings
Filtering for visa-sponsoring employers in manufacturing can be time-consuming. Use Migrate Mate to browse current Manufacturing Technician roles at Integrated Power Services and confirm sponsorship availability before investing time in a full application.
Verify Your Work Authorization Is Accepted Before Onboarding
IPS participates in E-Verify, the federal employment eligibility system. Confirm that your visa status and documentation are current and consistent before your start date, since any mismatch will surface during their standard I-9 verification process.

Find Manufacturing Technician at Integrated Power Services JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Integrated Power Services sponsor H-1B visas for Manufacturing Technicians?
Yes, Integrated Power Services has sponsored H-1B visas for Manufacturing Technician roles. Because H-1B sponsorship for manufacturing positions depends on the role meeting the specialty occupation standard, it helps to document clearly how your position requires a theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge, typically through a relevant engineering or technical degree.
How do I apply for Manufacturing Technician jobs at Integrated Power Services?
You can browse and apply for Manufacturing Technician openings at Integrated Power Services directly through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles with confirmed visa sponsorship availability. IPS posts positions at the individual service center level, so check regularly as openings vary by location and shift. Having your credentials and visa documentation organized before applying speeds up their screening process.
Which visa types does Integrated Power Services commonly use for Manufacturing Technician roles?
Integrated Power Services sponsors H-1B visas and supports F-1 OPT and CPT for Manufacturing Technician positions, making it accessible to recent graduates from U.S. universities in engineering or technical fields. TN visa sponsorship is also available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupational categories. The right pathway depends on your current status and how long until you need long-term authorization.
What qualifications does Integrated Power Services expect for Manufacturing Technician positions?
IPS Manufacturing Technician roles typically involve testing, troubleshooting, and remanufacturing electrical and mechanical equipment such as motors, generators, and drives. Candidates with degrees or certifications in electrical or mechanical technology, combined with hands-on shop floor experience, are well-positioned. Familiarity with EASA quality standards or industry testing procedures strengthens your application for visa-sponsored positions where the specialty occupation bar applies.
How do I understand the timeline for H-1B sponsorship at Integrated Power Services?
The H-1B cap-subject process runs on a fixed federal calendar. USCIS opens online registration in March, and if selected in the lottery, IPS can file a full petition from April 1 for an October 1 start date. That means securing an offer and completing DOL Labor Condition Application filing ahead of March is essential, so plan to have conversations with IPS HR no later than January or February.
