Verify Your NCLEX and Credential Equivalency Early
Before applying, confirm your nursing license is eligible for Oklahoma endorsement and that your foreign credentials have been evaluated by a CGFNS-approved body. INTEGRIS Health hires for clinical roles that require active U.S. licensure, so a pending evaluation will stall your offer.
Target Specialties With Consistent Open Roles
INTEGRIS Health runs a large hospital network with ongoing needs in critical care, med-surg, and perioperative nursing. Applying to high-volume departments increases your chances of reaching a hiring manager who has experience navigating the sponsorship process alongside HR.
Browse Sponsored Nursing Roles on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter for INTEGRIS Health nursing positions that are open to H-1B and Green Card sponsorship. Searching this way puts you in front of roles where sponsorship is already expected, saving you time on outreach to roles that won't support it.
Understand How EB-3 Sponsorship Works for Nurses
INTEGRIS Health sponsors nurses through the EB-3 immigrant visa category, which involves PERM labor certification filed with DOL before USCIS adjudicates the I-140 petition. Retrogression in the EB-3 queue for certain nationalities can significantly extend total timelines, so factor that into your planning.
Ask HR Directly About H-1B Cap Timing
H-1B cap-subject petitions are filed in April for an October 1 start. If you're interviewing in summer or fall, clarify with INTEGRIS Health's HR team whether they'll file in the next cap season or explore a cap-exempt alternative while you're in an eligible training status.
Align Your Offer Letter Before Filing Deadlines
USCIS requires a valid employer-employee relationship and a specific work location on the H-1B petition. Ensure your offer letter from INTEGRIS Health names your primary unit or facility before your employer submits documents, since amendments for worksite changes add cost and delay.

Find Nursing at INTEGRIS Health JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does INTEGRIS Health sponsor H-1B visas for Nurses?
Yes, INTEGRIS Health sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying nursing roles. The H-1B applies to specialty occupation positions, and registered nursing roles with a defined degree requirement in nursing can qualify. Because H-1B is subject to an annual cap and lottery, timing your application cycle with your employer's HR team is essential to avoid missing the filing window.
How do I apply for Nursing jobs at INTEGRIS Health?
Applications go through INTEGRIS Health's careers portal, where you can filter by job type and location across their Oklahoma network. When applying, tailor your resume to the specific unit and care setting listed in the posting. If you need visa sponsorship, Migrate Mate lets you surface INTEGRIS Health nursing roles where sponsorship is already part of the hiring plan, so you're not applying blind.
Which visa types does INTEGRIS Health commonly use for Nursing roles?
INTEGRIS Health sponsors both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories for nurses. H-1B is used for temporary work authorization in specialty occupation nursing roles. For permanent residence, the EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories are the primary pathways, with EB-3 being the most common for staff RN positions. Each pathway has different filing requirements and processing timelines through USCIS and DOL.
What qualifications does INTEGRIS Health expect for sponsored Nursing positions?
INTEGRIS Health generally requires an active or eligible Oklahoma RN license, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) depending on the unit, and relevant clinical experience in the specialty area. For internationally trained nurses, a credential evaluation from a CGFNS-approved organization and passing NCLEX-RN are prerequisites before any sponsorship process can begin.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for Nursing roles at INTEGRIS Health?
For H-1B, plan for a four to six month timeline from petition filing to an October 1 start date, assuming lottery selection. For EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, the full process including PERM labor certification, I-140 approval, and visa availability can span two to five years or longer depending on your country of birth and any retrogression in the priority date queue. Starting early and maintaining valid status throughout is critical.
