Frame Your Credentials Around Healthcare Compliance
INTEGRIS Administrative Assistants often handle HIPAA-sensitive workflows, so credentialing documents that show familiarity with healthcare privacy standards or medical terminology will carry more weight than general administrative experience during resume screening.
Target Department-Level Administrative Postings Directly
INTEGRIS posts Administrative Assistant roles tied to specific departments, from cardiology to behavioral health. Applying to department-specific openings signals fit and increases your chances of reaching a hiring manager who controls the sponsorship decision.
Clarify Sponsorship Willingness Before the Final Interview
INTEGRIS operates a centralized HR function for its Oklahoma-based facilities. Ask your recruiter directly whether the specific department budget supports H-1B sponsorship, since sponsorship approval can vary by cost center even within the same organization.
Align Your Timing With USCIS Cap Season
If you need an H-1B, coordinate your offer acceptance timeline so your employer can file during the April cap registration window. Missing that window means waiting a full year, so confirm your status expiration date before accepting any conditional offer.
Verify Your Work Authorization Is E-Verify Compatible
INTEGRIS participates in E-Verify as a federal contractor-adjacent healthcare employer. Before your start date, confirm your work authorization documents are in order and that any OPT or EAD card is current, since discrepancies can delay onboarding significantly.
Search Sponsored Administrative Roles Using Migrate Mate
Finding healthcare employers that actively sponsor for administrative roles takes more than a standard job board search. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Administrative Assistant openings at INTEGRIS Health that are open to visa sponsorship candidates.

Find Administrative Assistant at INTEGRIS Health JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does INTEGRIS Health sponsor H-1B visas for Administrative Assistants?
Yes, INTEGRIS Health has a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas across its workforce, including administrative functions. Sponsorship for Administrative Assistant roles is not automatic and depends on the specific department, budget cycle, and whether the role meets USCIS specialty occupation standards. Confirming sponsorship availability directly with a recruiter early in the process is the most reliable approach.
How do I apply for Administrative Assistant jobs at INTEGRIS Health?
Applications go through the INTEGRIS Health careers portal, where roles are posted by facility and department. You can also browse Administrative Assistant openings at INTEGRIS that are open to visa sponsorship candidates through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for roles where international applicants are welcome. Tailor your resume to reflect healthcare administrative experience and any familiarity with electronic health record systems.
Which visa types are commonly used for Administrative Assistant roles at INTEGRIS Health?
H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant visa for employer-sponsored administrative professionals at healthcare organizations like INTEGRIS. For candidates pursuing permanent residence, INTEGRIS has also supported EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, which typically involve a PERM labor certification filed with the DOL before the immigrant petition can proceed. The right pathway depends on your qualifications and long-term goals.
What qualifications does INTEGRIS Health expect for Administrative Assistant positions?
Most Administrative Assistant roles at INTEGRIS require a high school diploma or equivalent at minimum, though department-specific postings in clinical or executive settings often prefer an associate or bachelor's degree. Proficiency with scheduling software, electronic health records, and medical terminology is a consistent advantage. Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting strengthens your application considerably over general office experience.
How do I understand the visa sponsorship timeline for an Administrative Assistant role at INTEGRIS Health?
If you're pursuing H-1B sponsorship, INTEGRIS would need to file your petition during the annual USCIS cap registration period, typically opening in March for an October 1 start date. For candidates already in the U.S. on OPT or another status, a cap-exempt or change-of-status filing may be possible outside that window. Confirming your status expiration date against this timeline before accepting an offer helps avoid gaps in work authorization.
