Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Nursing Assistant Jobs at INTEGRIS Health Jobs
Get Your CNA Credential Before Applying
Oklahoma requires active CNA certification through the state registry before INTEGRIS Health can extend an offer. Complete your certification early so it doesn't bottleneck an employer's ability to initiate visa filing on your behalf.
Target INTEGRIS Health's Hospital Campuses Directly
INTEGRIS Health operates multiple facilities across Oklahoma City and the broader state. Applications submitted directly through their careers portal to specific campuses often move faster than centralized applications, especially for high-turnover Nursing Assistant openings.
Search Sponsored Nursing Assistant Openings on Migrate Mate
Filter for Nursing Assistant roles at INTEGRIS Health on Migrate Mate to find positions where sponsorship has been confirmed. This cuts out the guesswork of cold-applying and connects you directly to openings aligned with your visa situation.
Understand the PERM Timeline for EB-3 Nursing Roles
Nursing Assistant roles typically qualify under EB-3 unskilled or skilled worker categories. PERM labor certification through DOL can take a year or more, so align your visa status and any OPT or grace period timing before your employer begins the process.
Highlight Patient-Facing Experience in Healthcare Settings
INTEGRIS Health prioritizes candidates with documented hands-on clinical support experience, including vital signs monitoring, patient mobility assistance, and post-acute care. Quantify your hours and setting type on your resume to meet their internal screening criteria.

Find Nursing Assistant at INTEGRIS Health JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does INTEGRIS Health sponsor H-1B visas for Nursing Assistants?
Yes, INTEGRIS Health has sponsored H-1B visas for Nursing Assistant roles. As a large health system operating across Oklahoma, it has the infrastructure to manage employer-sponsored visa filings. That said, sponsorship availability can depend on the specific facility and whether the role is designated as a specialty occupation, so confirming directly with the recruiter during the offer process is the right move.
How do I apply for Nursing Assistant jobs at INTEGRIS Health?
Applications go through INTEGRIS Health's official careers portal, where you can filter by role type and location. You can also find open Nursing Assistant positions at INTEGRIS Health that are confirmed for visa sponsorship through Migrate Mate, which makes it easier to identify the right openings before you apply. Have your Oklahoma CNA certification and relevant clinical experience documented before submitting.
Which visa types does INTEGRIS Health commonly sponsor for Nursing Assistants?
INTEGRIS Health has sponsored both H-1B nonimmigrant visas and employment-based immigrant visas in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories for this role. Nursing Assistant positions most commonly align with the EB-3 classification, which covers skilled and unskilled workers. The H-1B pathway is less common for non-specialty roles but has been used depending on the candidate's qualifications and the specific job requirements.
What qualifications does INTEGRIS Health expect for Nursing Assistant candidates seeking sponsorship?
You'll need an active Oklahoma CNA certification, which requires passing a state competency exam. INTEGRIS Health generally expects hands-on experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings. Strong documentation of your clinical hours, patient care tasks, and any relevant certifications like BLS strengthens your application. For sponsored candidates, having a clean license history with no disciplinary actions is especially important during the employer's background review.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Nursing Assistant role at INTEGRIS Health?
Timelines vary by visa type. An H-1B petition filed in the annual lottery has a decision window of several months, while USCIS premium processing can shorten adjudication to around 15 business days once the petition is accepted. An EB-3 Green Card pathway through PERM is significantly longer, often 18 months or more from the DOL labor certification stage alone. Plan your current visa status and any authorized stay periods around these timelines before accepting an offer.
