Target technical engineering and design roles
Introba's sponsorship activity centers on specialized technical positions in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sustainability engineering. Focus your applications on roles where a specific degree is a firm requirement, as these align most directly with the firm's sponsored positions.
Understand which visa types Introba supports
Introba sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and Green Card pathways. Knowing which category fits your background before you apply lets you frame your authorization status clearly and avoids wasted time in early recruitment conversations.
Use Migrate Mate to surface verified openings
Construction and real estate firms don't always flag sponsorship clearly in job postings. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify Introba roles that are genuinely open to international candidates.
Highlight project-based technical experience
Introba works across complex infrastructure and building projects. Candidates who can demonstrate hands-on project delivery experience in relevant engineering disciplines are better positioned to clear both the specialty occupation requirement and internal hiring criteria.
Engage early if you're on OPT or CPT
Introba sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, which creates an entry point for recent graduates. Reaching out before your OPT window opens gives the firm time to plan for potential H-1B sponsorship if the role progresses into a long-term hire.
Research Introba's service lines before interviewing
Introba operates across energy, water, buildings, and digital infrastructure. Tailoring your application to a specific service line rather than applying broadly signals genuine interest and makes it easier for hiring managers to match you to a sponsorable role.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Introba sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Introba sponsors H-1B visas. The firm has a track record of supporting international candidates in specialized engineering and design roles that meet the specialty occupation standard. Sponsorship is most consistent in technical disciplines where a specific degree field is required, so candidates with backgrounds in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering are typically the strongest fits.
Which visa types does Introba sponsor?
Introba sponsors a broad range of visa categories including H-1B, TN visa, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1 visa, and permanent residence pathways under EB-2 and EB-3. This range makes Introba accessible to candidates at different career stages, from recent graduates on OPT to experienced engineers seeking a Green Card.
Which roles at Introba are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Introba is concentrated in technical and engineering roles across its core service areas: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and sustainability engineering, as well as building performance and digital infrastructure. Positions that require a specific degree in a related field are the most likely to qualify under H-1B specialty occupation criteria.
What is the typical sponsorship timeline when applying to Introba?
The timeline depends on your current status. If you're on F-1 OPT, Introba can begin the H-1B process while you're already working. For candidates outside the U.S., employer-sponsored H-1B filing typically begins several months before the intended start date. The H-1B cap-subject process also involves a March lottery, so planning well ahead of your authorization expiry is important.
How do I find open roles at Introba that include visa sponsorship?
Introba's sponsorship history spans multiple visa types, but not every job posting will specify whether sponsorship is available. Migrate Mate lets you filter specifically for companies with a verified sponsorship track record, including Introba, so you can identify active openings and apply with confidence that international candidates are genuinely considered. Checking listings regularly is worthwhile, as sponsored roles in construction and engineering turn over throughout the year.
