Job Details
As a Partner / Senior Litigation Attorney on our team, we are looking for:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership and in good standing with the MD State Bar.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on litigation.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Possess working knowledge of EEOC and NLRB rules and regulations.
- Willingness to work onsite in Annapolis, MD.
