Align your credentials with Keysight's hardware focus
Keysight builds precision electronic test and measurement equipment, so hands-on experience with PCB assembly, semiconductor fabrication, or automated test systems carries real weight. Tailor your resume to reflect manufacturing processes specific to instrumentation or electronics hardware.
Browse open Manufacturing roles through Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate filters Manufacturing openings at Keysight Technologies by visa sponsorship type, so you can identify which specific roles have active sponsorship. This saves time you'd otherwise spend guessing from a generic careers page.
Get your documentation sponsor-ready before interviews
Have your degree transcripts evaluated for U.S. equivalency before you reach the offer stage. Keysight's HR team will need this for the H-1B petition, and having it ready prevents delays that could push your start date past a visa filing deadline.
Understand the H-1B cap timeline for your start date
USCIS only accepts H-1B cap registrations in March for an October 1 start date. If you receive a Keysight offer outside that window, discuss whether cap-exempt status or Optional Practical Training bridging applies to your situation.
Ask about the PERM process during offer negotiations
For Manufacturing roles requiring highly specialized skills, Keysight may initiate PERM labor certification to support a Green Card petition. Confirming whether this is part of the sponsorship package before signing lets you plan for the multi-year DOL and USCIS processing timeline.

Find Manufacturing at Keysight Technologies JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Keysight Technologies sponsor H-1B visas for Manufacturing roles?
Yes, Keysight Technologies sponsors H-1B visas for Manufacturing positions. The company has a consistent history of filing H-1B petitions for roles in this function, particularly for positions requiring specialized knowledge of electronic test equipment, precision manufacturing, or process engineering. Confirm sponsorship availability with your recruiter early in the process, since not every opening is automatically eligible.
How do I apply for Manufacturing jobs at Keysight Technologies?
You can apply directly through Keysight's careers portal or find visa-sponsored Manufacturing openings filtered by sponsorship type on Migrate Mate. When applying, emphasize experience relevant to Keysight's core product lines, such as electronic test and measurement systems, RF hardware, or semiconductor process equipment. Tailoring your application to the specific manufacturing discipline in the job description significantly improves your chances of moving forward.
Which visa types does Keysight Technologies use for Manufacturing positions?
Keysight sponsors H-1B visas for temporary work authorization and supports employment-based Green Card pathways, including EB-2 and EB-3, for longer-term sponsorship. The appropriate visa category depends on your education level, the nature of the role, and your career stage. Manufacturing roles that require a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical field typically qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B criteria.
What qualifications does Keysight Technologies expect for Manufacturing roles?
Most Manufacturing roles at Keysight require a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a closely related field. Practical experience with electronics assembly, quality systems such as ISO or Six Sigma, and automated test environments is commonly expected. Roles tied to Keysight's core instrumentation products may also require familiarity with RF, microwave, or high-frequency hardware manufacturing processes.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Keysight Manufacturing offer?
If you're going through the H-1B cap, expect a March registration window with an October 1 start date, meaning several months between offer and first day. USCIS premium processing can reduce the petition adjudication period to roughly 15 business days. For EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, the full process including PERM labor certification typically spans two to four years before you receive permanent residence.
