Measurement, Governance & Sustainability:
- Define success metrics and track benefits realization for CI initiatives.

- Share best practices and success stories to reinforce a continuous improvement culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong experience leading continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and work effectively across functions and geographies.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
- Experience leading enterprise level or cross business CI programs.
- Background in technology, engineering, manufacturing, or service environments.
- Experience coaching or mentoring CI practitioners and Business Leaders.
