Tailor your resume to Knoll's client model
Knoll serves architecture firms, contract dealers, and corporate clients. Framing your Customer Service experience around B2B account support, order lifecycle management, or trade client coordination aligns directly with how Knoll structures its service teams.
Confirm OPT authorization before your first interview
If you're on F-1 OPT, verify your Employment Authorization Document is valid and that your STEM OPT extension timeline gives you enough runway. Knoll has sponsored F-1 workers, but gaps in work authorization during hiring create delays that can cost you the offer.
Target Knoll's contract and dealer-facing service roles
Knoll's sponsorship activity for Customer Service has concentrated in roles supporting its dealer network and contract sales channel. Prioritize job postings that reference dealer support, order management, or contract administration over general consumer-facing service roles.
Raise visa sponsorship after a verbal offer is on the table
Bringing up sponsorship too early in the process can stall conversations before Knoll's HR team is invested. Once a hiring manager signals intent to move forward, confirm the role is eligible for H-1B or TN sponsorship and ask about their standard filing timeline.
Use Migrate Mate to filter for open Knoll Customer Service roles that list visa sponsorship
Knoll posts Customer Service openings across multiple channels, but not all listings specify sponsorship eligibility. Migrate Mate filters for verified sponsoring employers, so you can identify which Knoll roles are actively open to H-1B, TN, or OPT candidates before applying.
Understand TN eligibility if you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship
Knoll sponsors TN visas, which can be a faster path than H-1B for qualifying roles. Customer Service positions tied to management analysis or administrative functions may qualify under TN categories. Confirm the role's job duties map to a USMCA-listed occupation before requesting TN sponsorship.

Does Knoll sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service roles?
Yes, Knoll has a history of sponsoring H-1B visas, including for Customer Service functions. H-1B sponsorship for these roles typically applies to positions that require a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Because H-1B cap-subject petitions are subject to the annual USCIS lottery, timing your job search to align with the April filing window matters if you need initial H-1B status rather than a transfer.
How do I apply for Customer Service jobs at Knoll?
Applications go through Knoll's careers portal, where Customer Service roles are listed under categories like Client Services, Order Management, or Sales Support. Tailor your application to highlight experience with B2B clients, order lifecycle processes, or dealer coordination. If you need visa sponsorship, indicate that clearly in your application or early in the recruiter screening call so the team can confirm eligibility before advancing your candidacy.
Which visa types does Knoll commonly sponsor for Customer Service positions?
Knoll sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas for Customer Service roles. F-1 OPT and CPT are typically used by recent graduates entering the workforce, while H-1B covers longer-term employment for degree holders. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican citizens in qualifying occupational categories. The right visa depends on your citizenship, degree, and the specific responsibilities of the role.
What qualifications does Knoll expect for Customer Service roles?
Knoll's Customer Service roles generally require experience supporting business clients, managing order processes, or coordinating with sales and logistics teams. Roles tied to its contract and dealer channel often expect familiarity with ERP or order management systems. A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field strengthens your profile and is typically required for positions that qualify for H-1B sponsorship.
How do I find Knoll Customer Service jobs that include visa sponsorship on Migrate Mate?
Migrate Mate lists verified visa-sponsoring employers and lets you browse open Customer Service roles at companies like Knoll that have an active sponsorship track record. This saves you the work of screening postings manually or applying to roles where sponsorship isn't available. You can filter by visa type, role category, and employer to surface positions that match your specific authorization needs.
