Align your credentials to U.S. licensing standards
Construction roles at Loenbro often require U.S.-recognized certifications like OSHA 10 or 30. If your credentials are from outside the U.S., get a formal equivalency evaluation from a NACES-accredited body before applying.
Target Loenbro's field operations pipeline specifically
Loenbro's Construction hiring concentrates on project execution and field-based roles. Filter your applications toward open positions that mention site supervision, subcontractor coordination, or industrial services rather than purely office-based functions.
Raise sponsorship during the offer stage, not before
Loenbro evaluates sponsorship case by case. Bring up H-1B or visa transfer needs once you have demonstrated fit through the interview process. Employers in construction services respond better when sponsorship follows a skills conversation.
Use Migrate Mate to surface Loenbro's active Construction openings
Construction roles with sponsorship move quickly and aren't always well-indexed on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter Loenbro's open positions by visa type so you're only spending time on roles that match your authorization status.
Prepare for the H-1B cap timeline in construction hiring
If Loenbro needs to file a new H-1B petition for you, USCIS registration opens in March with an October 1 start date. Factor that gap into your job search so you're not accepting an offer your timeline can't support.

Find Construction at Loenbro JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Loenbro sponsor H-1B visas for Construction roles?
Yes, Loenbro has sponsored H-1B visas including for Construction functions. Sponsorship is evaluated based on the specific role, your qualifications, and whether the position meets USCIS specialty occupation standards. Construction project management and engineering-adjacent roles are more likely to qualify than general labor or trade positions that don't require a bachelor's degree in a specific field.
How do I apply for Construction jobs at Loenbro?
You can browse Loenbro's open Construction positions on Migrate Mate, which filters by visa sponsorship eligibility so you can identify roles that match your status. When applying, tailor your resume to the specific project type or trade discipline listed in the posting. Loenbro's hiring process for Construction roles typically includes a technical screen followed by interviews with project or operations leadership.
Which visa types does Loenbro use for Construction hires?
Loenbro has sponsored H-1B visas and also works with F-1 OPT and CPT candidates, which is common for recent graduates entering construction project roles. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status if their Construction role maps to an eligible USMCA occupation. The right visa type depends on your nationality, degree, and the specific job duties.
What qualifications does Loenbro expect for Construction roles?
Loenbro's Construction positions generally look for relevant field experience, industry certifications such as OSHA 30, and in many cases a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline. For sponsored roles, the position must qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, which typically means the job requires at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field.
How do I plan my timeline if Loenbro needs to file an H-1B for me?
If you need a new H-1B cap-subject petition, USCIS accepts registrations in March and approved petitions take effect October 1. That means a gap of up to six months between selection and your start date. If you're on F-1 OPT with time remaining, you may be able to begin work while the petition is pending. Confirm your OPT expiration date before committing to an offer timeline with Loenbro.
