This position supports campus HVAC operations by performing filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, material handling, and assisting with work orders, diagnostics, and emergency response. Work is performed under close to general supervision with emphasis on skill development and safety compliance.

Required Related Experience
Entry-level experience or mechanical aptitude. On-the-job training will be provided.
Required License/Registration/Certification
Valid driver's license required.
