Frame your credentials around supply chain compliance
Molex operates in electronics manufacturing with Fashion and Apparel supply chain exposure. Highlight experience with supplier audits, compliance documentation, or cross-border sourcing in your resume so hiring managers immediately connect your background to their procurement needs.
Research Molex's LCA filings on FLAG.dol.gov
DOL's FLAG portal shows Labor Condition Applications filed by employer and role. Search Molex procurement filings to identify which job titles they've sponsored before, then mirror that language in your application and conversations with recruiters.
Target roles that align with your specific visa category
Molex has sponsored H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, CPT, and Green Card pathways for this function. If you're a Canadian or Mexican national on TN status, procurement analyst or sourcing specialist roles often qualify under the Management Consultant or Engineer categories.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Procurement roles at Molex
Sourcing sponsorship-friendly roles manually is slow. Migrate Mate lets you filter Molex's open Procurement positions by visa type, so you're only spending time on roles where sponsorship is a realistic outcome for your situation.
Raise visa status early once you have an offer
Don't wait until the offer letter arrives to discuss sponsorship. Once a recruiter signals serious interest, ask whether the role is eligible for H-1B or PERM sponsorship. This avoids late-stage surprises and gives HR time to engage immigration counsel.
Prepare for PERM if long-term sponsorship is your goal
EB-2 and EB-3 PERM sponsorship requires your employer to document that no qualified U.S. worker was available. For Procurement roles, that typically means your position requires a specialized degree or demonstrable niche expertise, so build that case into your interview answers.

Find Procurement at Molex JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Molex sponsor H-1B visas for Procurements?
Yes, Molex sponsors H-1B visas for Procurement roles. Positions in sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain operations have historically qualified as specialty occupations under USCIS standards, typically requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, business, or engineering. Confirming sponsorship eligibility directly with the recruiter before advancing through the interview process is advisable.
How do I apply for Procurement jobs at Molex?
You can find open Procurement positions at Molex through their careers page or by browsing Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can quickly identify which openings match your status. When applying, tailor your resume to highlight sourcing, supplier negotiation, or compliance experience relevant to Molex's manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Which visa types does Molex commonly use for Procurement roles?
Molex has sponsored several visa categories for Procurement functions, including H-1B, F-1 OPT and CPT, TN, J-1, and employment-based Green Cards through the EB-2 and EB-3 pathways. The right category depends on your nationality, degree, and career stage. Canadian and Mexican nationals in procurement analyst roles often use TN status as a faster alternative to the H-1B lottery.
What qualifications does Molex expect for sponsored Procurement roles?
Molex typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related technical field. For mid-level roles, hands-on experience with supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, ERP systems, or global supply chain operations strengthens your profile. For PERM-sponsored positions, your qualifications need to align closely with the specific requirements stated in the DOL-approved job description.
How do I time my application around the H-1B cap and OPT deadlines?
If you're on F-1 OPT, USCIS allows a 60-day grace period after your OPT end date. H-1B petitions must be filed by April 1 for an October 1 start, so you need an offer in hand well before that window opens. Starting your Molex application process in the fall or early winter gives you enough runway to complete interviews and allow HR to prepare the petition before the cap filing deadline.
