The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: Moloco’s GTM StratOps team is the connective tissue between commercial strategy and how the business actually moves. In this role, you’re not a support function; you’re an owner. You take consequential initiatives from scoping through delivery, produce analytical work that visibly shapes planning decisions, and keep the operating rhythm tight so leadership can stay focused on what matters most. In this role, your fingerprints will be on the work that makes the GTM team run:
- You own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, breaking them into milestones, holding partners accountable, and driving to outcomes rather than waiting to be managed.
- You run the operating cadence. WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs are data-backed, well-framed, and action-oriented when you’re at the helm, and you catch data issues before leadership sees them.
- You read the GTM motion like a practitioner. You know what healthy pipeline generation, deal progression, and seller productivity look like, and you notice when something’s off before anyone asks.
- You build AI-native into your daily practice and contribute to workflows that multiply leverage across the commercial team. You don’t wait for a playbook.
- You make the people around you better: through intellectual honesty, composure when things are ambiguous, and a genuine commitment to the team’s success over your own credit.
The Opportunity: This is a role for someone who wants to build real StratOps muscle at a company where the work actually matters. Moloco is a performance advertising platform operating at global scale, and the GTM StratOps function sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, execution, and intelligence. You’re expected to contribute to the “what” and “why” of your workstreams, not just the “how.” You’ll work closely with senior leadership, bring analytical and operational rigor to planning and strategy conversations, and grow into someone who shapes how the region operates. Specific responsibilities include:
- Owning significant cross-functional initiatives, from identifying the strategic gap through delivering the outcome. You scope the work, align the stakeholders, and drive it across the finish line.
- Running the operating cadence (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) with rigor: owning OKR tracking, identifying when KRs are stuck, and holding partners accountable with data rather than just accepting status updates.
- Diagnosing the GTM motion: spotting trends in business data, following threads to root cause, and surfacing opportunities where the commercial engine could work harder, whether that’s a segment, a process gap, or a playbook that isn’t scaling.
- Contributing to AI-enabled workflows, bringing your personal AI fluency to bear on team-level problems: accelerating research and synthesis, reducing manual effort in repetitive processes, and sharing what works.
- Producing analytical inputs that shape planning. Your analysis isn’t a deliverable, it’s a decision-driver. You bring a point of view, not just options.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? This role is a fit if you recognize yourself in the following:
- 5–8 years in Strategy, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or a Commercial Leadership role. You’ve been close to a GTM team and know how the motion works.
- You own things, not just support them. You have a track record of driving initiatives to completion across multiple teams, with milestones, owners, and accountability built in.
- You understand what a healthy GTM motion looks like. Pipeline generation, deal progression, seller productivity; you can read the metrics and know the motion behind the numbers.
- You bring operating discipline. You’ve run or contributed to WBRs, MBRs, or QBRs and know the difference between a meeting that creates alignment and one that just burns time.
- You use AI daily and can describe specifically how it makes your work better. You’ve identified a repetitive process and used AI or automation to reduce the manual effort, without needing to be asked.
- Your analysis has shaped a decision, not just informed one. You recommend a path, not just options.
- People find you reliable and easy to work with. You stay steady when priorities shift or problems don’t have clear answers. You seek feedback and incorporate it quickly. You’re honest about what you don’t know.
Bonus points if…
- You have experience in ad tech, performance advertising, or B2B SaaS; understanding the commercial dynamics of the space accelerates your impact.
- You’ve worked in a high-growth or startup environment where you had to build process without a playbook and stay effective in ambiguity.
- You’ve contributed to an AI workflow that others on your team adopted, not just one you use yourself.

Frame your experience around programmatic growth
Moloco operates in programmatic advertising and machine learning-driven monetization. Before applying, align your resume around performance marketing outcomes, DSP partnerships, or app monetization metrics so your background maps directly to the business development function they're hiring for.
Confirm your role qualifies as a specialty occupation
H-1B eligibility requires your position to meet USCIS specialty occupation standards. For Business Development Manager roles, a degree in business, marketing, or a related field strengthens your case. Roles with vague degree requirements have faced increased USCIS scrutiny in recent years.
Target Moloco's enterprise and regional expansion teams
Moloco hires Business Development Managers across verticals including gaming, e-commerce, and streaming. Identifying which vertical or regional team is actively expanding helps you tailor your outreach and increases the likelihood of landing a role that also comes with sponsorship support.
Negotiate sponsorship terms before signing the offer
Clarify whether Moloco will cover H-1B filing fees and whether premium processing is available before you accept. USCIS premium processing currently runs about 15 business days and can significantly reduce your wait before you're authorized to start or transfer status.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Business Development Manager roles at Moloco
Filtering for visa-sponsoring employers in the ad tech space manually is slow. Migrate Mate surfaces Business Development Manager openings at companies like Moloco that actively sponsor, so you're not guessing which roles will actually support your immigration status.
Prepare your F-1 OPT timeline around Moloco's hiring cycles
If you're on F-1 OPT, your available work authorization window matters to the hiring team. Applying 90 to 120 days before your OPT expires gives Moloco enough runway to initiate H-1B cap-subject filing or explore cap-exempt pathways if they qualify.

Find Business Development Manager at Moloco JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Moloco sponsor H-1B visas for Business Development Managers?
Yes, Moloco sponsors H-1B visas for Business Development Manager roles. The company has a consistent history of filing H-1B petitions in the Technology and Software sector, including for business-facing functions. If you're coming from F-1 OPT or an expiring visa status, raising sponsorship early in the interview process helps both sides plan around USCIS filing windows.
How do I apply for Business Development Manager jobs at Moloco?
Applications go through Moloco's careers page directly. Roles are often segmented by vertical or region, so reviewing how your background aligns with a specific business unit before applying strengthens your fit. Migrate Mate also lists open Business Development Manager roles at Moloco and filters specifically for positions with visa sponsorship support, which helps you avoid applying to roles that won't accommodate your status.
Which visa types does Moloco commonly use for Business Development Manager roles?
H-1B is the most common pathway for Business Development Managers at Moloco, typically following F-1 OPT or CPT periods. The company also supports TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business roles and has sponsored longer-term permanent residence pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for employees who remain with the company. J-1 sponsorship is less common in this function but has been used.
What qualifications does Moloco expect for Business Development Manager candidates?
Moloco typically looks for candidates with a background in enterprise sales, ad tech partnerships, or platform monetization. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is standard, and relevant experience in programmatic advertising or mobile marketing ecosystems strengthens your application. For H-1B purposes, USCIS requires the position to qualify as a specialty occupation, so a directly related degree field is important to document clearly.
How do I time my application if I'm on F-1 OPT and targeting a Business Development Manager role at Moloco?
H-1B cap-subject petitions can only be filed once per year, with USCIS opening registration in March for an October 1 start date. If your OPT expires before October, USCIS offers a 60-day grace period after employment ends, but the timing is tight. Applying to Moloco at least four to five months before your OPT expires gives the company enough time to complete hiring, file an LCA with DOL, and submit the H-1B petition before the deadline.
