Frame your PM credentials around data infrastructure
Moloco's core product is machine learning-powered ad tech, so highlight program management experience tied to data pipelines, model deployment cycles, or API integrations. Generic project management credentials won't stand out in this stack-specific hiring context.
Target roles that align with LCA specialty occupation criteria
When applying, confirm the Program Manager job description specifies a degree requirement in a directly related field. DOL's Labor Condition Application process requires the role to meet specialty occupation standards, and vague job postings can complicate H-1B filing later.
Sequence your H-1B cap filing around Moloco's hiring cycle
USCIS opens H-1B registration in March for an October 1 start date. Align your offer timeline so Moloco can register you in that window. Starting interviews in late fall gives you enough runway to receive an offer before the registration deadline.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open Program Manager roles at Moloco
Filter specifically for visa-sponsoring tech employers in Moloco's segment using Migrate Mate. This narrows your search to roles where sponsorship is confirmed, so you're not wasting applications on positions that won't support your status.
Prepare for PERM documentation well before your Green Card timeline
If Moloco initiates EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, the PERM labor certification requires detailed records of your job duties and the employer's recruitment efforts. Maintain organized documentation of your role scope and qualifications from your first day so the process isn't delayed.

Find Program Manager at Moloco JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Moloco sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Yes, Moloco sponsors H-1B visas for Program Manager roles. As a technology company operating in the ad tech and machine learning space, Moloco regularly files H-1B petitions for specialty occupation positions. Program Manager roles that require a degree in a directly related field, such as computer science, engineering, or information systems, generally meet USCIS specialty occupation criteria.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at Moloco?
Applications go through Moloco's careers page, where open Program Manager positions are listed by team and location. Tailoring your application to the specific product area, whether that's supply-side platform operations, demand-side program delivery, or ML infrastructure, significantly improves your chances. You can also browse and filter verified sponsoring roles at Moloco through Migrate Mate before applying directly.
Which visa types does Moloco commonly sponsor for Program Managers?
Moloco sponsors H-1B visas as the primary work visa for Program Managers, along with TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles. For candidates on F-1 status, Moloco supports both OPT and CPT work authorization. For longer-term employees, Moloco initiates employment-based Green Card sponsorship through the EB-2 or EB-3 preference categories, which involve the PERM labor certification process through the DOL.
What qualifications does Moloco expect for Program Manager roles?
Moloco typically looks for Program Managers with a background in computer science, engineering, or a technical discipline, combined with experience managing cross-functional programs in a software or data-intensive environment. Familiarity with machine learning product cycles, API-driven platforms, or ad tech operations is a strong differentiator. For H-1B purposes, your degree field must align directly with the role's core responsibilities.
How do I manage my visa timeline when negotiating an offer with Moloco?
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your OPT expiration date and STEM extension eligibility before accepting an offer, since your authorized period must cover your start date without a gap. For H-1B candidates, the October 1 cap-subject start date is fixed, so factor that into your offer negotiation. If you're transferring an existing H-1B, Moloco can file a transfer petition, and your work authorization is maintained as long as the petition is filed before your current employer's approval expires.
