The School of Professional Studies is looking for an individual to serve as the Lead Business Analyst who will act as the primary project lead to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business and operations systems that meet and support operational, tactical, and strategic needs of the School. This role will combine supervision of the Sr Institutional Research Analyst, with hands-on development work. Manage the implementation of information systems creating the foundations for data collection necessary to support the SPS data & analytics strategic goals.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience:
5+ years Experience leading a small to medium-sized team in (BI related) projects. Proven experience with Salesforce, data warehousing/relational databases, ETL tools and technology, reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, Oracle, and Alteryx preferred). Will consider experience with other similar tools. Strong communication skills. Able to identify multiple approaches to problem solving and recommend the best case solution.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $95,000.00 to USD $115,000.00.
