INTRODUCTION
To realize the promise of enterprise AI, companies need a reliable, full-stack, and performant platform to build upon. On-premise AI Factory solutions require a seamless integration of accelerated computing, networking, and a rich ecosystem of enterprise software. These solutions are only possible through deep partnership with the ISVs who write the software that runs the world's enterprises and the hardware OEMs who build the systems.
NVIDIA is at the forefront of powering this transformation. We partner with the world's leading software and hardware companies to deliver best-in-class AI platforms. To accelerate this mission, we are seeking a highly technical and strategic product manager to lead our solution architecture and engagement with ISV and OEM partners. We need a visionary who can define the technical blueprint for differentiated partner solutions and guide the long-term roadmap. We're looking for the rare blend of deep architectural expertise and strategic product skills. If this sounds like you, we would love to learn more about you!
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll be Doing:
- Define and drive the product strategy for on-prem AI Factory solutions, delivered through our ecosystem of ISV and OEM partners.
- Architect and design differentiated, full-stack solutions by defining how our software is integrated into partner software offerings and hardware platforms.
- Engage deeply with strategic partners, including leading enterprise software vendors (ISVs) and major server manufacturers (OEMs), to align on joint roadmaps and go-to-market priorities.
- Develop and maintain clear reference architectures that serve as the foundation for partners to efficiently build, certify, and ship powered enterprise solutions.
- Guide the end-to-end hardware and software lifecycle for certified partner solutions, ensuring alignment between our roadmap and partner product launches.
- Create and execute strategies to drive the adoption and activation of our software components through the partner ecosystem.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What We Need to See:
- A BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, solutions architecture, or partner engineering at a technology company.
- Proven experience working with enterprise software vendors (ISVs) and/or major hardware OEMs in a product or technical partnership capacity.
- Deep understanding of enterprise hardware development, validation, and certification cycles.
- Outstanding ability to define software architectures and translate their value into differentiated, full-stack accelerated hardware and software solutions for partners.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for navigating large partner organizations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
- Direct experience architecting solutions with enterprise AI software platforms.
- Pre-existing relationships within the product management or engineering teams at strategic ISVs or key server OEMs.
- Experience with major enterprise software certification programs for platforms like Kubernetes, virtualization, or data analytics.
- Proven understanding of the enterprise data center, including server architecture, networking, storage, and cloud-native application design.
NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us. If you're creative and a self-starter, we want to hear from you!

Frame Your Portfolio Around Platform Thinking
NVIDIA recruits Product Associates who can connect chip-level capabilities to ecosystem-wide solutions. Document projects where you translated technical constraints into product decisions, not just feature lists. Cross-functional deliverables land better than isolated wins.
Target Roles That Align With NVIDIA's Growth Verticals
NVIDIA's Product Associate hiring clusters around AI infrastructure, automotive, and data center workloads. Applying to roles tied to these verticals signals genuine domain fit and increases your odds of reaching a hiring manager who sponsors internationally.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Active NVIDIA Openings
NVIDIA posts Product Associate roles across multiple business units, and openings can close quickly. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for NVIDIA positions that include visa sponsorship, so you're applying to live roles rather than working from outdated listings.
Understand H-1B Cap Timing Before You Accept an Offer
If you need a new H-1B rather than a transfer, USCIS only accepts petitions in April for an October start. Accepting an NVIDIA offer in June means waiting nearly a year unless your situation qualifies for a cap-exempt filing.
Prepare for Specialty Occupation Documentation Early
DOL and USCIS require evidence that the Product Associate role demands a specific degree field. Gather transcripts, credential evaluations if your degree is from outside the U.S., and any coursework that maps directly to product management or engineering domains.

Find Product Associate at NVIDIA JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does NVIDIA sponsor H-1B visas for Product Associates?
Yes, NVIDIA sponsors H-1B visas for Product Associate roles. The company has an active sponsorship track record across multiple visa categories for this function. If you need H-1B sponsorship, confirm with your recruiter early whether the specific role is eligible, and clarify whether NVIDIA would file as a cap-subject or cap-exempt employer based on your situation.
How do I apply for Product Associate jobs at NVIDIA?
Apply directly through NVIDIA's careers portal or use Migrate Mate to filter for NVIDIA Product Associate roles that include visa sponsorship. Tailor your application to NVIDIA's platform-focused product culture, emphasizing cross-functional experience and technical fluency. Roles in AI, automotive, and data center segments tend to see the most activity, so prioritize those verticals if your background aligns.
Which visa types does NVIDIA commonly use for Product Associate roles?
NVIDIA sponsors H-1B and E-3 visas for nonimmigrant work authorization, along with EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways for longer-term sponsorship. Australian citizens are eligible for the E-3, which has no lottery and a faster timeline than the H-1B. The right category depends on your nationality, degree, and where you are in the immigration process.
What qualifications does NVIDIA expect for Product Associate roles?
NVIDIA Product Associate roles typically require a bachelor's degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience with product lifecycle, roadmap development, or go-to-market execution is valued. Roles tied to AI or data center platforms often expect familiarity with GPU architecture or enterprise software ecosystems, beyond standard product management coursework.
How do I plan my timeline if NVIDIA offers me a Product Associate role with H-1B sponsorship?
USCIS opens H-1B registration in March, with a lottery draw shortly after. If selected, petitions are filed for an October 1 start date. That means an offer received outside this window could require a gap of several months before you can legally start. Premium processing, available through USCIS, can speed up approval once a petition is filed but does not affect the cap registration deadline.
