Align your credentials to consulting operations standards
Qualus operates in energy and infrastructure consulting, so frame your resume around process optimization, project lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination. Highlight any experience supporting field operations or managing deliverables for technical clients.
Target Qualus roles that list multi-site or project-based work
Operations positions at consulting firms like Qualus often involve supporting multiple client engagements simultaneously. Roles with broader project scope are more likely to meet USCIS specialty occupation requirements, which strengthens the H-1B petition's foundation.
Ask about LCA filing timelines during offer negotiations
Before accepting an offer, ask the recruiter when the Labor Condition Application will be filed with DOL. In consulting, project start dates shift frequently, and a delayed LCA can push your H-1B petition past critical deadlines or cap registration windows.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Qualus Operations openings by visa type
Qualus posts Operations roles across multiple functions, and not every listing is open to sponsored candidates. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for positions where Qualus has confirmed sponsorship availability, saving you from applications that won't move forward.
Prepare for PERM documentation early if targeting a Green Card path
Qualus sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 categories, which require PERM labor certification through DOL. Gather employment history records, transcripts, and professional references before your first year ends so you're ready when your employer initiates the process.

Find Operations at Qualus JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Qualus sponsor H-1B visas for Operations roles?
Yes, Qualus sponsors H-1B visas and has done so for Operations functions. Because Qualus operates in consulting, the sponsoring entity and worksite details in the H-1B petition are important. Consulting arrangements can draw additional USCIS scrutiny around specialty occupation and employer-employee relationship, so roles with clearly defined degree requirements and project-based deliverables tend to move through the process more smoothly.
How do I apply for Operations jobs at Qualus?
You can apply directly through Qualus's careers page or find verified sponsorship-eligible openings on Migrate Mate, which filters for roles where Qualus has a track record of supporting international candidates. When applying, tailor your application to the specific operational function listed, whether that's project support, logistics coordination, or process management, since Qualus posts across a range of Operations subfields.
Which visa types does Qualus commonly use for Operations positions?
Qualus sponsors H-1B, TN, J-1, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas, as well as employment-based Green Card categories including EB-2 and EB-3. For entry-level Operations roles, OPT and CPT are common starting points. TN is a practical option for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupations. H-1B is the standard long-term path for most international hires outside those categories.
What qualifications does Qualus expect for sponsored Operations roles?
Most Operations roles at Qualus in a consulting context require a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, supply chain, or a related discipline. Roles tied to energy or infrastructure clients often value experience with operational workflows, project tracking tools, or regulatory compliance. A degree that directly relates to the job function matters for H-1B specialty occupation classification, so generic business degrees are less useful than field-specific credentials.
How does the visa sponsorship timeline work for Operations hires at Qualus?
For H-1B sponsorship, Qualus must file a certified Labor Condition Application with DOL before submitting the USCIS petition. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, registration opens in March and employment cannot begin before October 1 of that fiscal year. OPT and CPT authorizations can bridge that gap. Starting the conversation with your recruiter about sponsorship intent early in the offer stage avoids delays once a start date is confirmed.
